I’m just going to be as simple as possible to start and say that this place is amazing! The absolute perfect location for everything. Less than 5 minute drive to Peru loft or river run gondola, 10 minute walk to Peru lift, ski rentals walking distance, food, grocery, etc all walking. The place itself, perfect. We used the fireplace every day, the grill, hot tub, and the views everyday. The board games kept my 4 kids and I entertained everyday after we got off the mountain as well. Just an absolute perfect place to stay and I would highly recommend for anyone, especially if you have kids. Will be returning for sure.

The perfect getaway to enjoy the slopes!

I do a trip with my cousins every year to go snowboarding. This year, Keystone. This property served us well. It was near the bus stop to get to River Run. Not a long walk to the Mountain House. A good number of restaurants within walking distance. And the hot tub in the unit was perfect after a long day.

Perfect for 2 Families

Condo was incredible! Walk to Peru lift was totally doable - even for an 11-year-old carrying her own skis. Roomy living room, large and quiet bedrooms. Easy parking, convenient ski locker. Private hot tub is a plus. Easily walk to several restaurants and a ski rental shop. Great communication with host. Fantastic!

Spaceous, well appointed, beautiful locaton

We were there 7 days in early August, 2024 and very much enjoyed it. The condo is large, comfortable, clean and convenient to the Snake River and many bike/jogging paths. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. We've been visiting Keystone for each of the past four years and this was our most comfortable stay. Amenities include a hot tub that my son and his family enjoyed. I enjoyed the comfortable living room and it has an elevator!

Wonderful

Our stay was comfortable and convenient. I wish i was still there! Barbara was easy and pleasant to communicate with. I so appreciated the availability of supplies that we always have to buy at other condo rentals such as laundry and dish detergent, trash bags, hot coco that my kids loved, and kleenex boxes in each room. I also appreciated the private indoor hot tub! It was nice not having to share with strangers or go through the cold to access it. Heads up though, the bedroom with the full bed has a very firm foam, temperpedic I think, mattress. I’d planned for my daughter to sleep in that room but she didn’t like the mattress and ended up in the bunk room with her brothers. The oldest gave it a try and also didn’t like it. I guess it’s the type of mattress you either love or hate. I found the master bedroom mattress comfortable but for some reason the headboard was loose. I placed a pillow between it and the wall to stop the banging when we got out of the bed while the other was still sleeping. I hope we can return. The location was very convenient and comfortable.

Attentive and convenient

Enjoyed our wonderful stay at this condo. Barbara was extremely attentive and responsive, and the condo is in a great location. A 7min walk through the path gets you to the Peru express. The cubbies for you ski boots and supplies were very helpful and all rooms were clean and comfortable.

Highly recommend

Barbara has a great place, lots of space, all the utensils we needed to make pancakes and soup! We were able to walk to the lifts with everyone carrying their own skiis. Barbara was very responsive anytime we had an issue or a question. It is walking distance to our favorite ski rental company, a takeout pizza company and two restaurants. I highly recommend this condo. It felt more like a cozy home!

Perfect stay

This property was awesome! It fit our group perfectly with plenty of room. Was a short walk to the downtown village and to the Peru lift if you are looking to ski or just go enjoy the town. I would definitely recommend this place!

That's what you're looking for

The ease of entrance into the building and the condo, just space the amenities the Ambiance the views everything we wanted. Could not have been a better experience will return again and will certainly rent the same unit. The convenience to all the surrounding area in the tranquility surrounding our building wonderful. If we come back we will try to rent that same to unit. The owner was certainly helpful with all directions and information that she left. I would give it five stars

The property was as described. It was very clean and beautifully furnished. The condo was well stocked from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, the bedrooms, and laundry. It had everything that we needed.

Wonderful Restful Rental and Location

We had a wonderful time relaxing and hiking from this beautiful Colorado location. The place was extremely clean and we felt very comfortable here. We highly recommend this rental, if you are looking for a place in the Keystone, Dillon, or Silverthorne area. Five stars in every category!

Wonderful retreat

The condo is very spacious and well equipped. Everything looks clean. The kitchen was big with lots of counter spaces, allowing all the kids to help with meal preparation at same time. Loved having the creek right behind and enjoyed having coffee on the balcony and our walks around the creek. We did encounter closure of the parking lot and the car entry/exit due to surface repaving that inconvenienced us for a full day. It was no big deal but just wish we could have been notified ahead of time. Keystone is a lot quieter than Breckenridge but it's exactly what we wanted, in the times of social distancing. All in all, we truly enjoyed our time in this condo and would love to come back to stay again!

Perfect weekend getaway

This property is very warm and welcoming and very spacious. Had plenty of room and privacy for the 6 adults that stayed. Gorgeous view off the back! Barbara answered my question immediately and was very accommodating. We are already looking forward to going back.

The owner is amazing!

Unfortunately we were not technically able to stay at the condo. As we were driving to the area we were notified that Vail Resorts had shut in N. America. This was quickly followed by other resorts closing down, then the CO governor closing ski resorts. As soon as we found out we notified Barbara who quickly sprung into action to try to find us other options for skiing. Finally after many texts between us, we both realized we didn't have many options. Before VRBO issued a formal statement Barbara had already decided to provide a full refund. Even before we began our journey, Barbara had provided some wonderful information about the condo and area which I am sure would have been very helpful. We look forward to being able to visit the unit in the future.

Great location and condo layout!

The pictures don't do this unit justice. It's a great setup for a family. The location is also great with much of Keystone being within walking distance. The owners are extremely kind and helpful.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The photos don't show how SPOTLESS clean this condo is or how cozy but spacious the living area actually is. We went with small children and the condo has plenty of space for them to play and for the adults to relax. It is literally a six minute walk with our four year old through the snow to Moutain House base, it's a perfect location with a gorgeous back view day and night. The bathrooms are beautifully upgraded. The linens are very nice and the kitchen is fully stocked. I would plan our next trip around this condo being available. The owner is gracious and extremely helpful.

Winter Holiday

We enjoyed the condo so much. The living space was comfortable, spacious and cozy with amazing views of the mountains. At night we looked forward to putting on a fire in the beautiful stone fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped with all the amenities we wanted and needed to enjoy home cooked meals. The updated bathrooms made us feel like we were in a 5 star resort. The hot tub was in the perfect location with unbelievable views day and night of the ski slopes. The owner was so kind and helpful with all our inquiries and questions. She made us feel so welcomed. We had such a wonderful time with great memories that will last a lifetime.
