River Run Stay

this day was amazing. However, the biggest inconvenience is that there is nothing that is able to be delivered to the particular address. Including deliveries from FedEx, UPS and especially the United States Postal Service my suggestion is that a condo and the property of this size should have a central male delivery station available to the guests and the owners of a place for them to be able to deliver appropriate correspondence and packages that may be needed for a weeklong stay. You would think this kind of a thing is basic to having a condo of the size and is the norm wherever I’ve been before so this was the only issue I think that can be addressed and can be resolved. Please look into it.

Great location - condo just ok

The condo was clean, but the carpeting and furniture were old, worn down, and uncomfortable. The building is in a great location, and we enjoyed the pool table and hot tub/pool after skiing.

Skiing Homebase

Great location and like the fourth floor with high ceilings. Good host communication and smooth check in and check out. Master bedroom was great. Second bedroom could use some upgrades to the bed.

Prime Location

Expedition

The Expedition condo is as advertised. It was clean, comfortable and was within walking distance to the Gondola and the shuttle to mountain house. My family would absolutely stay there again. It was a tiny chilly in the master bedroom and the bathroom fixtures could use replacement, but overall it was an amazing time spent in this wonderful condo.

Perfect getaway to end our summer!

We were able to secure our accommodations easily and no issues whatsoever with instructions, etc. We had a wonderful time and the condo was exactly as described in the listing! It was so fun to have the River Run Village shops and restaurants within a short walk. Would definitely stay again and also recommend to anyone!

Mountains Love!

The 2 bedrooms apartment it is beautiful canter located! The only inconvenienced was 2 bathrooms 3 broke sink faucets ( maintainers maby slow the new faucets under sink) toilet seat very loose ( I fix it myself) 2 big round dark spots front kitchen carpet ( clean-up myself) no complaints just reminding! Over all we fill like home!

Centrally located with beautiful views

We enjoyed staying in this condo. It was a great place to prepare our meals. The family really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Having two full bathrooms really helped with everyone getting ready. We had a wonderful stay, and we would totally check to see if this is available again. It was a bit warm at night, and they had an electric AC that helped this TX girl sleep. I appreciate all the extras they had. Even having a regular coffee pot was good for us. We brought our own grinder, and it was just like home.

Great Unit; a Few Hiccups

This unit is spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. Parking is easy. Some of the faucet fixtures were broken, but could still be operated. Location is good--a bit of a walk but certainly doable with gear. The locker key provided in the unit wouldn't open the ski locker on the first floor, though. The property manager said there was nothing they could do as their office, and the building HOA, was closed on the weekend. Since most guests stay over the weekend, I would have hoped they could have taken care of a problem like this. But it wasn't a huge deal--we could just leave our skis and gear in our car in the garage.

Don’t expect much

This property had many issues and no one to help resolve them. Upon check in the ski locker key didn’t work, never got a working key for our stay. No dishwasher soap, no extra blankets. The second shower didn’t work properly, the second bath sink faucet was broken.

Great location

Great Is property a right across from the elevator and less than 5 minute walk to the gondola and ski rental places. we also had a toddler and they had a pack in play! wish I would have known but good for the next guest. they have tons of kitchen of kitchen cooking utensils and even a slow cooker if needed!

This place is very roomy with plenty of space for a small family! There are some quirky plumbing issues with broken faucets, faucet handles on backwards, and garbage disposals that don’t work. But overall a great place to stay and would definitely stay again.

Love the area owners need run through and make some small repairs to unit. Windows did not all work, bathroom hardware needs replaced just small thing.

The Good and Not as Good

The Good: -good location in River Run, a short walk to gondola similar to walking from the River Run big parking lot since this condo building is right across the street from parking lot. -quick walk to most River Run stores/restaurants. -nice size condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, reasonable size kitchen/living room area with high ceilings and gas fireplace. Right off elevator. -building is nice, underground single parking spot, outdoor heated pool and 1 smallish hot tub (although both were busy, so given covid we chose to not use these amenities as we had originally planned). Also FYI, no towels down by pool even though documents in condo said there were supposed to be. -nice small balcony -showers have consistent hot water -comes stocked with paper towels, mini shampoos/conditioners/soaps, dish soap -price was affordable compared to other similar options. The Not So Good: -this condo looks and feels dated, worn down, beat up a bit: broken sink and shower handles in master bath, master bath cabinet door does not close, dirty rugs/carpets, mattresses are not the most comfortable, bedding looks old, some nonstick pots/pans look burnt, walls dinged up a bit, furniture/fixtures a bit dated. -Cleaning Job was cursory. I found a dirty washcloth in the bathroom, someone else's hair on the shower head, dirty sponge in kitchen, entire place felt like a quick cursory clean was done, not a deep COVID clean as was billed, given the expensive cleaning fee I paid, seems like someone is cutting corners, guessing the owners/renal agency may not even be aware of this? -I think the condo and its rentals would greatly benefit from a refresh: update the baths a bit (fixtures/paint/counters/tile), new carpet/rugs, new mattresses/bedding, add an ottoman in the living room (coffee table is stone/not comfortable for watching tv/sitting by fire), a new couch/lounge chair, fresh paint. Or leave as is and price it as such. Summary: If the price is right for your budget and the above issues won't bum you out on your vacation then this is a nice enough crash pad for your ski outing. If you want something a bit more refined and are willing to pay more then look elsewhere.

Nice room

Everything was nice but the room had a strong smell of cigarettes. We are not smokers so the smell was strong and mainly came from the closet in the master toilet. The master closet was full of stuff that prevented us from hanging up our clothes. We did not feel safe at the pool since there was no control over the coronavirus required mask on everyone. I have photos if you don’t feel my review it accurate

Great Location!

Nice property, great location, well-equipped, although a second full roll of paper towels would have been nice. Ample towels, nice appliances. Perhaps extra blankets and a throw for the family room.
