Exceeded my expectations

Stayed her for a week and it exceeded my expectations, everything was as advertised and more. Came here for a softball tournament in Denver and it was worth the drive every day. This place had a terrific view and the facilites were just perfect for my family they provided everything one could use. Everything we needed was at our finger tips, Our host was always on call answering our requests and concerns and provided us with information on what we asked. We will definitely return next year!

Great getaway

Condo was just as advertised. Great views of the ski runs. The only recommendation I have is perhaps a map of the complex can be given to renters. We came in during a snowstorm and it was difficult to navigate the complex and find the unit once we left the parking structure. We also had to ask a resident where to find the dumpster to take our trash. All these things are minor, and we enjoyed our stay.We will consider this condo in the future.

Mountain Getaway

It was a good property. A little dated in some respects. Overall, it was just what we needed. Beautiful location. A couple of things malfunctioned in the condo. However, the host was very attentive and quick to send someone out to make repairs Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Highly recommend

The cabin is fantastic! It has all the essentials you may need. My teenage daughters loved the coffee bar! If you want to see elk etc. they were very close by too so that was a bonus for us! It was the perfect peaceful place to end our vacation before we came home.

Great condo and perfect location

The condo was good. Clean and comfortable beds. Could use a little updating with a few things and a few new kitchen supplies could be good for a family of 6, but was still adequate. Overall our stay was great. Excellent location. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The best part is the river running through the back of the property. Sitting on the deck, listening to that was amazing.

Great ski condo with nice view of Keystone

The condo was nice, clean and in a good location. The only complaint is the management company could have let us know that the unit we rented was in a different building than the garage where we parked so we were walking around trying to find it. But they were very responsive. Our smoke detector was chirping and I contacted them and they sent someone right away to change the battery. (It was too high up for us to reach). The hot tub and sauna were great after a day of skiing. It was great to walk to the Goat Soup and Whiskey tavern to eat dinner. I would stay here again.

Great location but needs upgrading

The location of the property is great, very close to the Keystone main gondola but still would need to take your car. The place is spacious enough but needs an overall upgrading on furniture and amenities. Beds and pillows were not comfortable and the air was somewhat very dry, so made it a poor sleeping experience. The table in the living room was broken. The kitchen disposal leaked while we were there but credit to the manager, they organized a mechanic next day. The fireplace did not work (operates with gas). Overall, we were happy with the location and management's responsiveness via text, but probably would not stay there again.

I booked a stay at a condo and my party and i were thoroughly satisfied with the property. Upon arrival we had a little difficulty finding where to park, upon entry into the unit we were pleased the place was very clean and in order perfect for relaxing we were in Colorado for my son's wedding at sapphire point and the location was great for traveling. The family was very pleased with the overall complex and area.

Beautiful view of the sloops

we had trouble with is the lock codes. They we’re changed without notifying us once. The pool room combination didn’t work that they initially gave us. They were very responsive when we did text or call though. The kitchen was kinda small but it had a great view of the slopes and the walk to the lift was very doable. It was nice to have a water filter and humidifier there. Also the Amazon prime and Netflix.

Conveniently located but outdated

We stayed with a family of 5. Lots of space to spread out. Had some communication hick-ups regarding parking pass. I have a tall SUV with sky-box and couldn’t fit into the garage. I asked for parking pass to be left for me in the kitchen so I could park outside the main building. Pass wasn’t there and I was told to park at the Gondola for $25 overnight. Another person from their office brought a parking pass later. Go figure. Upstairs bathroom had black mold and shower head was unusable (ran like a garden hose) so we opted out for not using it. Master bedroom mattress has dip in the middle and you can hear spring coils - a replacement would be warranted. Carpet throughout - blast from the past. Outside grill works but no one actually cleans it. Overall it was ok. Kids had fun at the pool and hot tub. Oh, and on a last day we discovered a glove warmer/dryer in a main bedroom closet - that thing is handy. Bring some laundry detergent with you - host didn’t leave us any despite the promise. Pricey, but conveniently located.

My first time using Vrbo

The whole process was so easy! I received emails prior to our trip explaining the check in process and what to bring and what they provided at the property. The day of our check in I received text message explaining check in again. All the information they provided was very helpful!
