Great location with a lovely view. The service was good.The unit needs a serious deep clean and variety of maintenance. Could use a refresh. The table had one of the legs broken off and was in the way of the murphy bed (which we ended up sleeping on because of the condition of the BR). The main bedroom smelled of burnt dust if you turned the temp up. There was hairs and old stains on the duvet and pillow covers (they just need tossed). What looked to be a bloody booger smeared on the wall above the headboard. Big cobwebs in the corner. Cracked window pane. We ended up buying a blanket to use on the murphy bed and slept on top of a flat sheet. The sheets at least looked clean.Looks to be a leak behind the toilet that is damaging the trim/causing mildew. Also looked to be a bit of mildew in the shower stall. Exhaust fan is extremely loud. All the pocket doors are hard to use.Signs of moderate wear on some walls and floors.

Nice, clean place just a short walk from River Run. This made it super-easy to get to the lift each morning. Great view out of the living room window as well. Has everything you’ll need for a nice stay. Only real issue was with the refrigerator freezing the fruits & vegetables I put in there. Lastly, don’t bother asking about early check-in as they absolutely will not accommodate. Otherwise, great place & stay. I would happily go back.

Keystone Resort Stay

This property was in a really good location. It was clean and accurately listed and the kitchen was well stocked. There were a couple things we didn’t like that much but also didn’t take the time to put in maintenance requests. The bathroom toilet was a bit low on water pressure so didn’t really flush properly. The shower was also really slow to drain so we had to wait quite a bit of time to let it drain before the next person could shower. But overall I really liked this property!

Great location!

The unit was great, short walk to the lifts, shopping and restaurants. Unbeatable view for the price. Only downfall was the fireplace wasn’t working, took multiple days and multiple conversations before someone would come check it out, followed by not being able to have a “fireplace repair service ” available till after my stay. Bottom line the unit is well worth the value.

Disappointed

The property is not as described. It is not recently renovated as implied. It says "remodeled", when would be my question. One wine glass, one plastic wine cup, and two glasses. The condo was clean, but the closets were cluttered with "stuff". The ceiling looks as if there was previous damage (perhaps water) and it was poorly repaired that the whole ceiling was not painted. You couldn't sit at the table without having to move furniture.

Vacasa ruined much of our getaway

Suffice it to say Vacasa was horrible to work with. Vacasa seems to do everything using boilerplate language. Many of the instructions and information pertained to other rental complexes, not the one we were in. No one ever dropped off parking passes as promised and we management had several signs threatening to boot cars without passes. We were on a 2-night getaway for a special occasion and I spent a few hours of it on text, calls, online trying to deal with Vacasa who has NO customer service skills. I will never deal with them again, nor should anyone else. Overall the condo was okay, but pretty much everything Vacasa told us was wrong so we wasted lots of time and effort trying to undo their mistakes. Go elsewhere and actually enjoy your time away. Oh, and if Vacasa posts a reply saying they are really sorry about this, my response is put your money where your mouth is and work on training your staff to actually help your clients.

Nice place to stay at

Nice place within a walking distance to lifts. The place is little dated but fine. Had a little issue and couldn’t figure out how to get in touch with anyone. There should be a number to call someone in case of emergency. Overall we had a good stay.

Great Stay!

We had such a cozy stay. Great location and very close to the gondola. It was amazing to be able to easily walk to the base and mountain village. It could use some updating but it did not bother us - it had what we needed! I do feel it's a great space for 2-3 people.

Pristine View

Pristine view of undeveloped wetlands. Responsive Vacasa agents helped me quickly with keycard issue. Fireplace was nice and mattress was decent. Strongly recommend!

It was a good stay and a great vacation considering it was the first time we had ever been to Colorado, when we first arrived our sheets had not been changed but I will say the people working for Vacasa was more than helpful, they got them changed the very next day to make our stay more comfortable

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE - AVOID

Three main problems - 1. First and primarily, the room WREAKED of cigarette smoke. I have never ever smelled a room so bad. It wreaked everywhere, even in the bathroom. Customer service did not attempt to fix it nor offer a refund. Definitely not a good place for a romantic getaway. 2. The check-in process is horrible. I thought maybe the whole company was a scam. The office you check-in is a remote location far from the actual room. You thus have to find the place which is difficult and pay for uber or drive to your actual location. 3. Poor customer service. They did not allow for early check-in or for a late check-out, even of an hour! Since they don't have an office they don't have a place for you to store your bags either.
