Thank you for your review! The owner has since put in a new hydraulic lift for this cover making it easier for guest use as well as the bed has been replaced with a new bed and no longer squeaks!

We are sorry that this guest had issues while staying with us and that was conveyed to the guests multiple times during their entire stay. The situation is unfortunate, but it is an honest mistake that involved multiplies parties that all speak different languages. Our housekeeping staff were in the property cleaning the unit prior to this guests arrival. While they were cleaning the unit, guests showed up to the property, dropped their luggage off and left. Our housekeeping team was not able to speak to the guests in question to let them know they could not check in. Once the situation unfolded and we found out what happened, we realized that the guests who left their luggage at the property were lost and did not realize they were at the wrong property. The guests did not have any access code to the property what so ever. Had the guests felt unsafe, they could have dead-bolted the door or turned the alarm on for the property, unfortunately they did not want to do that either, and felt they should be refunded, which make us question how unsafe they felt if they did not want to dead bolt a door, but demanded money. Please keep in mind that this situation has never happened in SCMR history.
