The house was great and well stocked! Perfect for my group. Plenty of room for everyone and an easy shuttle ride to the slopes.

We had to keep our skis in our car. The rental company was unable to get a key from the HOA.

Our 2 families of 4 had a great stay here in the summer! The kids ages 8-16 enjoyed having access to the pool and hot tub at River Run. It was so peaceful and beautiful there. We enjoyed sleeping with the windows open and listening to the river. It was close to trails to hike. It was a very relaxing getaway. We didn’t want to leave!

Nice Condo but lacked some basic features

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My main complaint is there was no filtered water or ice maker in the freezer. We had to buy filtered water for the entire stay. It seems pretty simple to run a water line over to the fridge.Other than that, the condo is very quiet and peaceful, great spot to get away for a while in Summit County.

Property was very well suited to our family with six adults and three kids 8 & under. Great location. A few minor maintenance issues, but otherwise very nice.

A Truly beautiful view! Every moring was absolutely breath taking no matter the weather. Sunny, raining or cloudy the cabin was so cozy it truly felt like home away from home. Me and my family will definitely be coming back.

Spacious and Quiet

Great place for a family. Quiet, near Snake river, and 2. minute drive to River Run in Keystone. Only drawback is the pull out sofa in upstairs bedroom needs replacing (broken). Otherwise clean and comfortable!

Girls trip

Condo was great it had everything we needed. The property management team was very helpful. The only real bummer was the parking situation if you have more than two cars it is $25 per night per car.

The kitchen is stocked and plenty of extra bedding for those cool nights! It was such a peaceful neighborhood. The running water from snake river can be heard when the windows were open and the deck was a favorite spot. Stunning views, and close to everything. Great family room area for our family reunion.

It’s a very quiet neighborhood which we thoroughly enjoyed. The house was equipped with games, kitchen utensils, etc.The pool was an added bonus though we wish it would’ve been closer to the location we stayed at. We also struggled with the keycards but the front desk was able to troubleshoot right away.

Great property, but NO POOL!

Rented because we had 9 kids with us and needed a pool to help keep them occupied. There is no pool in this area despite the listing advertising a pool. The pool available to renters is miles away by vehicle, then a walk through the ski area parking lot and the river run base area. Not easily used by a large group with kids.

Nice neighborhood. Well stocked Bathrooms just redone nicely but no walk-in shower. Again difficult for older folks. No grab bars. Clean Sofa not comfortable We were aware that it was two levels, but didn’t know it was on 2nd floor also. Difficult for older folks.

Cozy & Beautiful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Went for a girls' weekend getaway with 7 of us. We appreciated that there were plenty of beds for all, though those in the bunk room said the mattresses left something to be desired & woke up a bit stiff. The location was lovely, especially with all the rain, everything was green and the sound of the creek was relaxing and easy to hear in the quiet area. There were hummingbirds outside at the feeder daily. The condo is bright and airy with all the windows, the kitchen is functional with pots/pans/silverware plenty for a larger group, though we found we needed ziplocs & aluminum foil & hand soap (!) which weren't available. We loved the large table & couch, so all of us could gather together. Check in & check out instructions were clear. We would stay here again.
