Perfect weeklong getaway spot
Spent a week with my wife and son in March. Location is perfect about a 5-10 minute walk to the main gondola. Building has the best pool/hot tub setup I've ever used. Unit was clean and check-in process was smooth and easy (it was quite annoying that they charged $ for early check-in, but it is what it is). Great unit, great location, price was fair, will stay again.

Perfect location for a Keystone village getaway!
Property was within a few minute walk of the main gondola. The underground parking was a plus, along with the ski lockers, pool/hot tub and all of the fun the Keystone village has to offer. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make meals when we didn't eat out. Thanks for a fantastic time!

Overall good trip.
Location to restaurants and skiing was excellent. Will not be staying at that same building again though. A leak to a main pipeline was lead to no hot water for a night and no baseboard heating for a few days. Fire alarm went off the last day making us all evacuate in the cold. Fireplace also stopped working the last day. I do appreciate the owner being prompt about calling maintenance and also stating that we would be receiving a credit due to all the issues.

I do apologize to Sophie for the building inconveniences. Building issues are not common and unfortunately more than 1 occurred during guest stay. Not to downplay the compounding inconveniences during stay, though I wish guest would have notified 24-7 maintenance or my myself promptly on baseboard heating issue (remnant of the hot water repair) as heaters simply needed a thermostat adjustments to reset the system.

Cozy & Comfy
Perfect location, easy walk to the gondola & Keystone Village area. Appreciated the hot tub/pool and comfy bed after long day on the slopes. Underground garage made for easy unpacking/packing. Condo was well stocked for any cooking needs although the coffee pot has seen better days, a few cabinets/drawers were in need of repair as well but not a hinderance to our terrific ski escape, will definitely look forward to staying here again! Thank you, Mike!

Great location
Condo was a great location to walk to the gondola for skiing. It was just my husband and myself but had plenty of room. We did not use the Murphy bed I. The living room but did check it out and the mattress seemed like it was comfortable. The only thing that surprised me was that there were two showers and two vanities in separate bathrooms but only 1 shared toilet room. Not an issue for us but with more people may be an issue. We would stay here again. Everyone was easy to work with and accommodating.

Nice place right in the Riverrun village. Short walk to gondola
We were a party of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). We enjoyed our stay in this place. Beds were comfy. Kitchen is a bit small but well equipped. In the clubhouse there was a steam room, and an outdoor heated pool as well as hot tub. For the size of the building they could have had two hot tubs instead of one - it was busy at times. It is right at by the skating ring for the Riverrun village and just walking distance to all ski and après ski activities. Would stay again.

The property was comfortable and well equipped. Very convenient to the Keystone Gondola and Keystone Village. Also convenient to transportation buses. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Great stay!
The condo had everything we needed! Everything was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, and it had a pretty sweet bathroom set up. Very short walk to the lifts. 10/10 recommend and would stay again!

Great condo!
Very cute condo! Location to slopes is awesome. Floor plan was spacious for the design. Top floor high ceilings aided in the spacious feeling. Super clean unit! Lower level under the building parking was warm and made loading and unloading easier.

Wonderful updated condo
Great location, about a 5-6 minute walk to gondola area. Place is new looking and nicely decorated, kitchen is nice with ample amount of dishes and utensils. Dining/living area is a bit cozy but Murphy bed worked great for the kids. The double shower areas were a nice touch but with only one toilet a bit of a stretch for 5 people. That being said this place is very functional while still being very comfortable.

Keystone Ski Vacation
This is the second year in a row we have stayed at Mike's condo and will certainly return again. The location is very convenient and the amenities in the unit plus the ski locker, parking, and hot tub make our stay very relaxing.

No hassle, comfortable and happy stay!
This is our second time staying at this location and it probably won't be our last. The owner is amazing to work with. The room is comfortable and clean. We love being able to walk to the slopes and retire to the hot tub and pool after skiing.

Great experience!
Mike does a tremendous job of ensuring that the property is well stocked and CLEAN! We have not necessarily had that experience with other Keystone properties. This place is great! I especially appreciated it’s close proximity to the laundry and elevators. It is extremely quite in this building.

Owner Makes This Property the One to Rent!
Having stayed at River Run for years and in several different units, I can say that the owner (Mike) and his commitment to your perfect stay is what sets this rental apart from others. The unit is clean, comfortable (especially the master bed), and convenient. We loved having the 2 showers, all the additional space for clothing, and a convenient kitchen. We can't wait to return with our 3-year old, as this place has a kid-friendly atmosphere. Still, Mike's attention to detail - his availability - and his willingness to help out anyway he can is why we will return. This is a wonderful place to stay!

Nice property! Enjoyed the games supplied, well stocked kitchen, outdoor pool & hot tub.
Very nice location! We rented our ski equipment at the ski shop right across the road! It's within walking distance to the River Run Gondola. Queen size murphy bed in living room made it possible for another couple to join us. As well as the dual showers! Mike keeps a well stocked kitchen. There were plenty of blankets and we also enjoyed the games in the unit as well.

location, location, location
Easy access to kidtopia and other activities in the village. Room is nice and cozy. Underground garage is so convenient. It works perfectly for me traveling with a toddler. Mike stayed in communication with me during the holidays. I'll definitely recommend it to friends.

Great place close to bike path and ski runs
We stayed for a month in late May through June 2017 and had a very enjoyable stay. Everything was as per the info on the Web description. We had some friends over for a weekend and the Murphy bed worked fine. We would look at staying here again and recommended it to our friends. Nice condo with separate master bedroom with vanity sink & bathtub. The shower / toilet rooms are accessible directly from the main living area as well as the master bedroom. A cute little balcony with view of sunset over Buffalo Mountain. Easy walk to River Run gondola and a nice bike ride to Lake Dillon on the bike path

Fantastic place to stay! We will definitely be back next year!
This condo was a perfect spot for our vacation to Keystone. we traveled from Florida with our 2 kids and were very happy when we arrived. Mike was great to work with and made sure we had all of the check-in information prior to getting there. It was plenty of room for our family, very clean, and had all the amenities necessary for our week. The location was a short walk to the gondola and River Run shops/restaurants. We also enjoyed being right across from the skating rink! We had a great time and look forward to coming back and staying here! Thank you Mike for your hospitality and for letting us enjoy your condo. We will be back!

Perfect vacation!
Let me start by saying that Mike was an amazing communicator! He checked in when we arrived and answered a few questions we have plus connected on out last day. We could not have asked for better communication. The unit has everything you could need and it was clear Mike has really put thought into what folks need when they travel. We used the bed, the sofa bed and the Murphy bed and all were comfortable. The unit was clean and well stocked. The building is well maintained and we used the pool, hot tub, fitness room, pool table and ski locker. The garage parking was also very nice. The staff at the building were also friendly. We had a most excellent time!

Great weekend stay
My family had a great weekend stay, the condo provided a perfect base camp for our couple days of skiing. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, almost excessively, and grilled out some steaks for dinner. Expedition Station has some great amenities, all that are well kept. We've stayed in the same building, in very similar units, but this one stood out because it was cleaner (no filthy carpets), had a massive, comfortable bed, tidy kitchen and nice décor that wasn't all moose's and bears. The most impressive part of it all was the personal touch and service that the owner provided. Unless I need a bigger place, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. -Dan

This property was great, and I would recommend it to anyone considering. It is so close to all you need in keystone - just a few minutes walk, even to the slopes! Clean space with lots of ammenities throughout the building. Underground parking was a definite plus!

Quite impressed with the condo!
Great amenities, (cable, garage, steam room, full kitchen, bathrooms, hot tub, gym). I'm thinking of returning annually, and using the same condo. Mr. Waldron is very accommodating, and willing to answer all questions you may have. The condo isn't far from the gondolas, etc.

It only costs a tiny bit more to stay in this nice space so close to the ski lifts than to stay in a generic hotel miles away. Absolutely worth it. Mike is very helpful and quick to respond, and our overall experience was wonderful. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome location and convienent!
My wife and I stayed here for the week of Christmas and the stay was nothing short of awesome. Mike's condo was comfortable,cozy and clean. We had everything that we needed and more. Loved the hot tub and pool. No need for a car because the free shuttle buses take you where you might want to go. We had outstanding snow and ski conditions. Thanks for the oppurtunity to stay in your fantastic pad, Mike!

Great location
Had a great time at Mike's place in Keystone. The location is central to everything and is a short 5 minute walk from the center of the village and 10 minute walk to the lift (in ski boots). Lots of supplies in the kitchen to use for cooking. Ski locker makes it easy to keep your wet stuff in one place. Parking garage is great, never had to move our car once we were there. We had 5 girls in the place and it was pretty tight. King size bed is super comfortable but the pull out couch is not the most comfortable or large so consider that in the number of people you are wanting to sleep in the place. Also, there are "two" bathrooms as in there are two showers and sinks, but be aware there is only one toilet. Overall Mike was great to work with and very helpful. Had a great time and would visit again.
