"The room was equipped for my stay. Clean and quiet. More of an air b&b. I don’t have any complaints but the TV. I could not get any local channels to come up. I feel like there should be some channels and you should not have to watch your own YouTube or Netflix."

"The location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. It’s a great spot for two and it’s adorable. Keep in mind, it’s a tiny home but was perfect for my daughter and myself. Would definitely stay again."

"Parking is great and location to walk to local restaurants/bars/shopping. We were told we could use the pool if we arrived early, which we did get there 3 hours ealry and would've went to the pool,but there was no access to a restroom so we walked around until the room was ready right at 3pm. "

"The cottage was absolutely perfect for us. We did not make use of the pool or common areas but found the porch a very welcoming spot for early morning coffee and relaxation. The smell of the trellising honeysuckle a bonus. We found the location perfect for visiting Clearwater, Dunedin and Palm Harbor (visit Molly Goodheads for seafood!). We found the host to be an excellent communicator, always courteous with prompt replies and providing useful information to ensure a wonderful stay. ...
