"Bass Camp is a beautiful lake front property! The house was perfect for our family of ten. We especially liked the 3 master bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Other features we enjoyed were the large beautiful deck overlooking the lake, the hot tub, the fire pit (which we used most nights), and the dock where we had our rental pontoon boat so we could be out on the lake most days.Check-in was easy and the owner was easy to work with, always answering questions promptly.A great vacation spot on...

"It was a rustic cabin, it had power, microwave, a good size fridge. Easy to get to, could park right out front. Had use of our own port-a-potty. Walking distance to the creek. Kids loved playing it in. Dog friendly. Owner was very friendly. We happen to come during out of normal hot temps… but at night still very comfortable. WiFi is only at the main house and had bring being our own bedding, that was unclear on this site… but on the main website it’s much more clear. Thanks again! If I ever...

"Perfect place! We spent a week at the Big Dipper to celebrate a family member's birthday and the place was amazing. The house is as advertised; very spacious, clean, comfortable, with lots to do. The amenities are plentiful and the kids loved the pool and games. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again in the future. "

"Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks! "

"Awesome property. Everything you could want or need. Host goes above and beyond to anticipate what would make your stay at their nest the best! Clean and peaceful with a little magic thrown in. From the trail to the dock, firepit, grill and hot tub. It was perfect! "

"Cute tiny home with plenty of space in the kitchen and living room for two people. The house is very centrally located so it was no more than 15 mins to get anywhere we wanted to go. I particularly enjoyed the fire pit out back!"

"The stay was fabulous!! Having 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators 2stoves2coffeemakers! Brilliant!!We had plenty of space to cook for seventeen guests! The communal spaces were comfy and condusive for the games we played. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit!"

I appreciated how Veronica wrote in detail In the welcome booklet what was around the town restaurants, waterfalls, outdoor activities. This was definitely a trip far from home but worth it. "Overall impression of Voyager Rest is there's no other place like it! This was our 2nd stay. We originally came with only a few family members a couple yrs ago and knew we wanted to bring the rest of our family for a future visit. We finally made that happen! This unique location is still a family favorite! We've been visiting the area for over 30 yrs. Jim's place is full of so much charm & peace it feels like a home away from home. The few days we were here we adventured to Dolly Sods for a day...

"My family spent the weekend here. We absolutely loved this place. Very cozy and private. We spent more time around the fire pit than we did at the actual lake. The view of the lake from the fire pit was so calming and peaceful. The dock was very cool. The host was welcoming and accommodating and very easy to reach if you need. We would stay here again for sure. Even my pups loved the private yard Thank you to the host!"
