This condo was an amazing place to stay. It was clean and quiet with a beautiful view. Duval St was easily accessible by Uber! I highly recommend this condo!!

The place was great and a perfect layout for our family of 4 couples - everyone having their own bathroom is a real plus! It was clean and nicely furnished. The pool was adequate and so close that we did not go to the beach much. A short walk to Duval made for saving on ubers. I agree with other reviewers that the upstairs noise from other tenants was quite noticeable, especially late at night. The laundry is not in the unit and we had others who were not great at sharing the coin operated systems - left laundry in long after the cycles finished. We've been to Key West often so the Roosters did not bother us but might annoy others. We did not appreciate all the Rooster droppings on the back deck - maybe a screen to keep them off the area? We would still recommend the location and property and would happily book for future visits.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was tucked away and quiet, yet still convenient to get to everything within a few minutes. The space was very clean, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after exploring the island. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and a cheap Uber ride to Duval

Great location, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the party-sized shower, plenty of seating, and the patio made it feel like an extension of the living room. Even with eight people in the house we never felt like we were tripping over each other. It is a comfortable place with a nice view and a gentle breeze.

Great Vacation Rental for Group

My friends and I rented this property for a destination wedding weekend. Booking was easy and I received several communications leading up to the trip. The location was within walking distance of the wedding events, with several restaurant options very close by. I utilized the services of Kelly The Concierge Girl, to stock the fridge and pantry prior to our arrival. I highly recommend her services. The property was clean and bright, the balcony had a great view of the water, and we made use of the pool. Plenty of beach towels and regular towels were provided, the toiletry selection was nice, and the kitchen had all the utensils I expected. My friends and I would absolutely stay here again. We were able to extend our check-out by an hour without being charged, and we stored our luggage at the rental office until our flight. There are a few things I would have liked to know before arrival: *The washer/dryer is coin-operated and not located in the unit *There was little closet space, some rooms had no closet at all, and there were no hangers. *Three of the bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms, the fourth bedroom's bathroom was across the hall *Two of the bedrooms had twin beds, if you want them connected you have to email the host before the deadline or you will be charged. This was communicated via email but I did not read the message before the deadline Overall we had a great time and I would recommend this property to friends.

Would no recommend staying here!!!!

Let first just say that we life long South Floridians. Part of the family live in North Carolina now. We were celebrating a birthday and graduation. Unfortunately one of our family members has Cancer and receiving chemotherapy. A week before the trip he became very ill and was hospitalized. I called host and asked them to please consider refunding some of the money. They showed no sympathy and flat out said no. We have a 30 day cancellation policy. Told them I would provide hospital and doctors documentation. They refused to work with us. Our ill family member got out of hospital a couple days before the trip under heavy sedation. He insisted we still go on trip. We arrived as scheduled and the upstairs guest were having a party and we could hear all the noise in our apartment. The partying continued until 3am. The next morning I called manager Javier who was aware of our situation and the circumstances we were dealing with. He sated that he would call the upstairs guest. The guest stop for the day. Later on that night it continued until the morning . It felt like the floors had no insulation or noise reduction. My family member with cancer decided to go stay at a different location. I have never been so disappointed with a trip and the customer service! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE !!!

Great Stay!

The house and location were perfect for our boys trip. Very clean, great view, and easy access to the pool. Being on the first floor with three full sliding glass doors provides a very relaxing stay with great light and easy access to getting outside. 3 in room bathrooms and one common one allowed everyone their own space to get ready.

Clean, comfortable and exactly what I needed!

We took a girls trip (8 of us) so having the 4 bathrooms was essential. Everything was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. We loved being on the water for the sunset and having the pool at the place. We did not walk to Duval street and Ubered but that was fairly cheap. It is walkable but probably 15/20 mins. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

Beautiful property, right on the water.

We stayed here with 8 adults for a friend’s 50th birthday. The condo was perfect for the 8 of us. We each had our own room and bathroom. The pool was perfect, heated & clean. Avoiding the chicken poop was pretty gross but understandable as it is Key West. It’s about a mile and a half from Duval Street so we walked a few times but the Ubers arrived within minutes so getting places was very fast. Overall stay here was excellent.

Terrible management company!

Very, very poor responses from management group handling this property! If they responded to me emails and/or calls, the responses was rude and abrupt. Also, no washer/dryer in our unit as the listing promised.
