Perfect home base for a group of 5 adults. Wonderful for each room to have a bathroom. Private pool for complex was awesome and views were beautiful. Would stay again!

Nice property

Clean and modern 4BR 4BA property. Small group pool. Coin laundry located a couple of doors over from our rental. Away from the Old Town but close to the airport. Located on the top floor. Elevator was slow and got stuck on us once. I needed to call a couple of different times to get a pack and play. It would be helpful to have a highchair or booster seat available for younger children. Also, we never realized that there were games in the living room cabinet until the last day. It would be helpful to let people know they were there. Thankful for the 24-hour number to get a few needed items. Thanks for a good week.

Friends trip

Our friends group got together for a fishing trip in key west. We found the property to be a great value and very clean. It was also convenient to everything downtown key west and the communication before check made everything very easy.

Fun times / beautiful spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The suites are well appointed and comfortable with a beautiful view of the marina. Parking was no issue and though the location was a little off of the beaten path, this was ok with us. Highly recommend and will definitely consider this for our next trip.

Lovely waterfront property

The five of us were very pleased with this 4 bed/4 bath unit. We enjoyed sitting on the covered balcony overlooking the bay. There was also a lovely large communal terrace. The property managers, Doug & Javier were prompt and courteous in responding to my many questions prior to our stay. All five of us said we would love to stay there again.

10/10 Perfect for a large group

This property was picture perfect and suited our group's needs. The unit we stayed in had four bedroom suites (king beds or twins in each room- would comfortably sleep 8). This place is clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed, adequate bath and pool towels for all, nice bath products, plentiful car and bicycle parking spots. We watched the sun rise each morning over the bay from our balcony. The home was a little far from Duval street but nothing healthy 40 year olds couldn't walk comfortably. However this property is centrally located at the back end of Old Town. This area of the island was quieter since it was away from the main touristy areas. We felt safe while walking at night and actually preferred this area for our group. We rented bicycles (Key West is very biker friendly) and found we could get anywhere on the island within minutes. Ubers and Lyfts were also plentiful and didn't generally cost more than $10 a ride/ 10 minutes or less to get anywhere on the island. This company has their own app which I though was cool. You had all the property information, passwords, emergency contact and even restaurants and tour information easily accessible through the app. I thought the pricing of this property was fair and was comparable to other properties of similar caliber around the island. The security deposit refund was returned in a timely manner. Our friends all had a great stay and would recommend this property to everyone going to Key West.

Fantastic!

We had an amazing time! I’m so glad we decided to stay at a VRBO rather than a hotel. We all had plenty of space and our own bedroom. Being able to cook and eat breakfast together was huge for us. We ordered Instacart and everything else we needed was provided. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Key West. Thanks for an amazing time!
