I went with friends for a birthday celebration and the condo was perfect! We loved the location being on the bay and not to close to Duval. The grounds , pool and dock were great. Loved Mac’s tiki bar right down the road! 18 minute walk to Duval Street. Plenty of room in the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit accommodated 8 people nicely for sleeping space but the living space is very small and does not seat 8 people. The dining table also is very cramped. The outdoor space is adequate and the kitchen is adequate. We were very surprised that none of the bedrooms had a closet therefore no hangers. Overall the place was adequate but will not be interested in renting again at this location.Staff at the rental office and on site were all very nice and attentive. Thanks for hosting us.

Vacation in Key West

Everything looked good with two exceptions 1. The bay view from the balcony is mostly blocked by a huge tree, although the tree is also blocking the sun which wasn't that bad, but unlike the picture we hardly had water view. 2. None of the rooms have closet so we didn't know how to hang our clothes!

Very nice stay

We took a holiday trip to Key West with our adult children. There were seven of us in total, and this property worked perfectly for our needs. It was clean and had everything we needed from the pots and pans, dishes, starter coffee, dishwashing tabs, and basic spices to the bath and beach towels. We actually requested more bath towels (not realizing our son has hoarded them in his room), and they got them to us right away. The check in process was easy, and complete with a welcome gift. We rented a golf cart for the week, and it worked perfectly for our needs. We often walked the mile or so to the Duvall area rather than mess with parking. The pool was warm and all of the exterior living spaces were clean and well kept. We were very pleased with our stay!

Visited Key West for Women's fest. A group of 7 women and the home was so accommodating. The property was clean and spacious. Enjoyed it so much.

Disappointed

Condo was beautiful, as well as view. I did not give it a high rating, because I was not informed that the elevator rarely functioned. I am elderly and my son-in-law is waiting for hip replacement. It was a struggle to get up and down stairs with suitcases, groceries, etc. I had to limit number of trips, so never got to enjoy pool. Was out of service whole week! Had I known at time of booking, I would have chosen a first floor condo.

Family Once in a Lifetime Trip

After cancelling this trip 2 years ago due to Covid, we finally made it happen. Parents, 3 grown kids, 3 grown significant others. The place was perfect. Quiet, beautiful view, well stocked. We liked being away from crowds but only 6 or 7 minutes away from all the fun. Wish there were more washcloths and hooks for clothes or towels. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful property! We had the best time with our group of friends. Perfect location, great accommodations, and the pool/waterfront was an amazing! We would definitely stay here again next time we head to Key West!

Very clean and great view!!!

Close to everything and lots of room with a large balcony overlooking marina! The condo had all of the necessities and was super close to laundry and common areas. The small complex was great. Our only downfall was lack of storage (closets, pantry, etc) but there were plenty of drawers and cabinets to make up for that! We will definitely stay here again!

Condo was great - clean, fully stocked, lots of small essentials (laundry & dish detergent, spices, coffee filters, shampoo, soap, ...). Beautiful view of the harbor. Easy check-in and check-out. Can't wait to come back!

Daughters 15 getaway

My daughter turned 15 and wanted to celebrate her birthday in Key West. Amazing experience to get away and enjoy a beautiful 4/3 condo in Key West which is very hard to find. I also liked that it wasn’t in a noisy area. Very quiet, the pool was heated and we used the outside grill every night. The view and being outside enjoying the fresh air and watching the boats was great. Loved the condo and would definitely rent there again.

This property is clean & still new. Not too far from main attractions/Duvall St., etc. Would like to see plastic cups to take to the pool, we added a wine opener lol, extra blankets, some hooks for back of doors would be nice since there’s no closet space. No response from Prop. Mgmt re. new propane container but we noticed one was added as we left. Overall, beautiful property & would stay again.

Great Vacation!

Had a great time for a long weekend at this property. Condo was very clean and accurately described. Check in/check out process couldn’t have been easier and all done electronically. Called management co with some questions and they picked up immediately... super professional group. Location is great being about 5min walk to marina were we fished from and 20 min from downtown. There are many great restaurants within walking distance. Shopping is all close by. If I had to nit-pick only surprising negative was the condo has NO closet space. Master beds had a maybe 2x3ft closet with no area to hang things. Other three bedrooms have no closet whatsoever... a very strange layout for a properly that looks very new. For a long weekend this was not a big deal but I might hesitate to stay a week.
