The unit was clean, had wonderful waterfront views and was exactly as advertised. My only complaint, although minor, was that the master bedroom mattress was quite uncomfortable, hard and noisy. It needs to be replaced as soon as possible. All else being more than satisfactory, I would not hesitate to book this unit again in the future.

The view from the porch was just lovely every day. We rented bikes and had them delivered for the whole week and rode them everywhere. The suite is a great location to go anywhere on the island. The rooms were nice, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We would stay there again.

Impressive view and very clean!

Could not have found a better place to stay! Amazing view, and all the amenities you would expect to have. We had trouble figuring out the television, but staff was there right away to help us figure that out! Check in and check out super simple …would definitely stay there again.

Songwriters festival

We were in town with friend for the songwriters festival. We want close to everything. We had it all here. On the water at the marina. Easy in and out of property. This was an excellent place to stay. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing stay!!

Wow! We cannot say enough good about this property! 3 adult couples stayed to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. I think we spent 90% of our time on the porch. The view is phenomenal!! The porch is big and shady and overlooks the grounds, pool, and lake. It's amazing! The kitchen is well-appointed with quality finishes and cookware. We had everything we needed, including some complimentary Cuban Queen coffee! The beds were comfortable and able to be configured as needed. Showers were terrific. Plenty of big fluffy towels. There were bikes to rent and the grounds were immaculate. There was also a rooftop lounge which had a mini-fridge and counter space. We would return without hesitation! Thank you for an amazing stay

Exactly as depicted

The place is clean, spacious and well-equipped, exactly as depicted in the online listing. The heated pool is great (nice and warm, with ledges, seats and a shallow area) and it's very easy to walk, bike or Uber to Old Town. There is a great bar/restaurant a half block away. I would stay again for sure.

Everything was as described; the only warning I would give to potential renters is that the construction of the units is not very sound-proof. You can hear the adjacent tenants very clearly (& loudly); if you are a light sleeper or value silence, be cautioned.

An Enjoyable Stay

My family needed a place to stay for the weekend of my older daughters wedding. This place served us well. There was plenty of space for our group of six which included my 93 year old dad, my sister and I, my younger daughter and her partner, and a friend of the family. We enjoyed the view of the marina from the unit and we gathered on the front deck for morning coffee. The pool was only steps away and most of the time we were the only occupants. When we needed assistance with the slider to the deck and a problem with the television in the living room arose, members of the property staff were quick to respond. The kitchen was well equipped and it provided ample counter space and seating for our group. A dining table for six was also available for seating as well. Finally, the three bedrooms were adequate for our needs, though the air conditioning was a bit tricky to figure out as one of the bedrooms wasn’t as cool as the other two. This was a minor issue that didn’t affect our overall very positive experience and our strong desire to return here in the future.

Great Place

The house was very clean and updated, nice location. Some items were missing from the kitchen which they brought over quickly. There are no blinds on the glass door, its ok during the day but at night if the lights are on no privacy. Overall wonderful place would definitely recommend.

Very Nice Setup and Location

We LOVED the condo. It was bright, clean and very functional for our family. For those considering the BayFront Suites…Units 4-5 are main floor and water facing. Units 1-4 are main floor and inward facing.

Lovely views

Really enjoyed this rental. Spacious three bedroom with lovely view of the marina. The pool was a bit small but had to ourselves first few days. Nice walk to DUVAL street, but was 1.2 miles. Felt very safe area, enjoyed national anthem played by Navy base at 8 am each day. Very clean too, as pictured. We did leave a laptop there and hoping will be recovered 🤞🏻 Did have some noisy neighbors, walls are paper thin but overall really happy 🙌👏🏻

Girls Trip

The location is perfect for those who want to get away from the craziness but close enough to everything that a golf cart can get you there. For those who have never been to Key West I strongly suggest you rent a golf cart, it is an awesome way to get around and a lot safer than a car and also hit Amigos for the best taco Ever!!!!!!
