The condo is old and not well furnished. Wake up to the sound of the dumpter every morning before 8 am is unwelcoming. 10 numbers to get into the condo, 4 numbers to get into the tennis, 4 codes to get in and out of the pool and to wash your clothes the minimal is 10 with downloading an app. The airport is right outside and when on business calls, you have to pause for a minute. The beds are uncomfortable.

Vacasa know what they're doing. Check-in/out is a snap and they hold your hand through every step. Key West is beautiful and the price was just right for us to enjoy all we desired. We had a GREAT TIME!

Clean, convenient, great floor plan, has an elevator, pool and jacuzzi. Next to the airport so seating on the patio could be very noisy. Overall, I would rent it again.

Good stay, everything was comfortable and ready to check in along with the typical amenities you would see at traditional hotels. Only stayed one night but there was a strong odor in the apartment, may have been from previous guests’ cooking but wasn’t unpleasant. Would stay again.

The property is not close to anything in Key West. You have to drive or Uber to get downtown. This is our second time in Key West and first time using VRBO. The listing said you could see sunset from room. All I saw was the airport. Also the Cable in the room wasn’t working. I called to report but it never got fixed. Overall for this trip the location was fine we were only there for 2 nights. And I would use VRBO again.

For the price i payed for two night's, i expected more. For one, i think there could at least be a few waters in the refrigerator. When i walked in the Kingsize bathroom , there was fragments of pea stains on seat. There was hair on bathtub, also a pillow case had a blood stain on it. The last night when we were trying to sleep, someone in the room above us seem like they were moving furniture around and this was about 1:45 am in the morning. I thought quiet time was 10pm to 8am or something to that effect. The bed was very squeaky also the cable was not working in the living room and the King size room. I called regarding the situation the same day i got there and had to call following day again. The manager finally called and apologized and said they would refund 50. He said this has been communicated to them before, so i would think that situation should have been dealt with before another client.I think the place could use some renovation however it was not terrible but should be at a lower price based on the condition.

The property was on the 3rd floor. It was obviously corporate owned with the minimum furnishings and accessories. The keypad functioned poirly and it took two long calls to find a code that worked for the door. Then the door was opened after we were gone for the day and it was found unlocked when we returned. While the price might have been good for the are it was still priced more than it was worth to us. The t.v. in the master bedroom would not work for the first day. The vacasa company gave us a very minor adjustment for all the problems. I will never rent from them again.

Highly recommend

The condo was perfect with plenty of room. Conveniently located to everything and within minutes of Smathers beach. There’s also a convenient store located within walking distance from the condo that has everything you may need.

A good time had by all

Clean, could use a new coat of white paint, quiet neighborhood, nice view of the sunset. Very nice master bed, and great hide-a-bed in the couch for the littles. Could use the water controls in both bathrooms redone as it's either super-hot or cold, no in-between; lil market extremely close to the property is very convenient. The outside pool is warm (being from Oregon, it felt AMAZING), the air in the apartment worked great and felt great to come into out of the heat. Plenty of glassware. The Sliding door to the balcony could at very least use some lithium grease on its rail as it's quite difficult to open. Comparable to paying for two hotel rooms, but was much better for our family trip than being seperated. An overall good time was enjoyed by our party.

Good condo for the price

Condo needed some TLC. Sliding door did not slide well or close well. Interior doors were not clean. Instructions did not include what we might need like trash bags, salt and pepper, extra paper towels. Only 1 set of towels for 2 adults for a week in bedroom 2. 2 sets for 2 adults in bedroom 1. Only 3 dishwasher cubes for 4 adults for a week. Overall a good week.
