One of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. The view of the sunset is spectacular -- at times even better than the photo you see on the listing. The entire unit is very spacious and the furniture/appliances are all excellent quality. The unit's property management team was extremely responsive and everything was in excellent working condition. The unit also overlooks a nature preserve and the water, which makes it especially quiet. The condo development itself seems very well run. The pool and the grounds were in excellent condition. The folks there are very welcoming, and they are quick to remind you it's a residence, not a resort. Most of the people we met there owned their units. They are very definite that the pool area is meant to be relaxing for everyone -- no loud music or late night partying -- and no "saving" of chairs which I much appreciate.

The property is walking distance from Smathers beach and is very close to the airport. It is also within 15 mins drive to Duval Street. The views of the Atlantic from all rooms of this property is fantastic. One can spend the entire day enjoying the views from the balcony while having your favorite drink or with a book. The interiors were clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all utensils one can imagine to prepare a meal and was stocked with common spices. It even had a variety of kitchen appliances. Brian B, The Guest Service Coordinator was excellent. He was welcoming, and walked us through in detail as we walked in. I highly recommend this property and would rent it again if I were to visit Key West.

Awesome Birthday Trip

Brian the property manager just happened to be there when arrived. Excellent professional and friendly; make recommendations for meals and all were wonderful! The condo was beautiful and the views were amazing. We had a wonderful time and we be returning!!!!

Great Place

Great communication with the rental agency. Answered all questions promptly. The condo was excellent. They thought of everything you need including a Key Lime Pie in the fridge! There were beach chairs, a Kuerig, plenty of towels, beach towels, you name it. I will stay here again. It's one of the nicest places I've visited. The pool area and view were awesome.

The location was perfect. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. This is an excellent place to stay. It was very clean. Very nice very convenient. Located to everything. There was a little construction going on down below my unit, but I was reimbursed accordingly for the Inconvenience.

Easy to check in, he was waiting for us when we pulled in. He helped us to our parking space, up to our room and showed us around. Place was clean and the views were amazing. Easy walking distance to the beach, minutes.

Paradise in a bottle!

Our extended family ages ranging from 2.5 to 52 stayed 5 nights in Key West on the atlantic seafront 'Walking on sunshine" condo at 1800 Atlantic Blvd. Our rental was like paradise in a bottle! The unit was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, wall art, window coverings, and top of the line fixtures and equipment. It also came stocked with everything a family could need on a island stay. From colorful beach towels and chairs, pool noodles, rolling cooler, and even grilling utensils for those days poolside cooking out. The kitchen was filled with more than just essentials. Picture everything in your own kitchen at your finger tips with spices, and formal dining ware. And did i meantion the full drinkware bar! There was starter items such as paper towels, TP, dishwashing detergents and laundry supplies. We only had to make a trip to the grocery store for food and drinks. Literally everything else was provided for us. We will definitely consider this rental again. As I said, "paradise in a bottle" just pop the cork and enjoy this lavish place. Oh, by the way the private community pool, hot tub, gym, and library all oceansjide was impeccable too!
