The facility is located in a great location; however, there are several issues that should be addressed. Listed below in order of importance:1. The webpage advertises garage parking, but there is no on-site parking. Renters are left to find their own parking. This is misleading and should be corrected.2. Handrails are needed on the stairway up to the third-floor/attic bedroom. This is a safety concern.3. The clothes dryer is missing a lint filter and does not function properly. The exhaust hose is likely clogged with lint, which is also a potential fire hazard.

Good location but loud

It is fine. It has a decent space for a few adults. It is not high end but livable. It is VERY loud, but if you stay up late, it probably won’t bother you. There is a guy playing his trumpet right outside the balcony most days and nights - we actually paid him to quit one night. Also, the management company is not great. The Wi-Fi was broken the entire stay and they were quite dismissive about it. Very condescending folks. If you were depending on Zoom meetings (as I was), be careful. For the exorbitant price, make sure EVERYTHING is actually working, because if it is broke, it will be fixed, “next week.”

Key West Fun

Family vacation to celebrate our son graduating from college, our daughter graduating high school and other sons 21st birthday. We had a fabulous time. Location was within walking distance to just about everything. Just wish there were 2 bathrooms but other than that, LOVED IT!

Close to everything

We enjoyed spending the holiday weekend in Key west! The location right on Duval Street is a mixed blessing. Close to everything but obviously very noisy. The management team was very responsive and we were even able to check in a few hours early. No cleaning products or trash bags, no broom, kitchen or bathroom hand towels. Just make sure to bring your own. The front porch is nice but I needed to go to CVS for cleaning spray before feeling comfortable to sit on the furniture. Over all, we had a fun weekend and would definitely stay again!

Amazing location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and everything you need! My only suggestion is if you are a light sleeper is to bring ear plugs. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Girls vacay

Girls vacay in Key West was done right by booking this property. Located on Duval street made it easy to get to all the hot spots. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Would rent again.

Fantastic location

Great property. Clean. As advertised. Good communication from the hosts. Perfect location if you want to be in the middle of the action! Balcony overlooks the street. Just be advised, it’s on Duval, so it is loud at nigh, even inside at the far end. If you’re looking to turn in early for the night, this one could be a challenge for you. Other than that, I highly recommend this unit.

This is a great property. However it is right on ducal street and very loud all night between party goers, trash trucks, street performers, etc. We wanted to be in the center of things so that was not an issue for us.

Quick trip in and out

Wanted to show my mom key west and have a good bar hopping day. Husband and kids went diving. Great location to everything we wanted, just wish check out would have been a bit later

Family escape to warmer weather

Our family decided to visit Key West from the Midwest for an escape from the snowy winter weather. The loft was a perfect fit for us. With in walking distance to everything. The people watching from the balcony was the best!! Parking would have been a bonus but we were just a short distance to a public parking lot.

Great Key West location

A one stay with 5 friends. Location, location, location. Duval street walk to everything! Prepare a parking plan ahead of time if you are driving in. Unit had some floor damage that owners are taking care of. Did not hinder our stay. If you’re a coffee drinker bring your own cups. Starbucks is across the street if that’s your preference. Balcony was great for people watching!

Location, location, location......it is the perfect spot! Great people watching from balcony. Only down falls are 1. No knives, couldn’t cut my cantaloupe. 🤷🏼‍♀️2. The floors were beyond dirty...all of our feet were black when walking around the apartment without shoes. 3. Multiple cracked window panels and one completely broken out (management came and covered with wooden panel for the duration of our stay, still a little loud) but like I said when I started this post...location, location, location...

Great apartment and location

Beautiful apartment that sleeps 8 people. The owners are so polite and helpful. Has a great balcony to people watch! If you are a light sleeper, I suggest you sleep upstairs. Would definitely stay there again
