We are sorry to hear about your stay not being as awesome as we like it to go. Prices are based on demand and current market. We recommend booking on the lower season when prices can be as low as 129 for the king rooms. Hello! Thank you for staying with us! Our hotel was originally built in the 1880's as houses that where later turn into our precious hotel. We also do apologize for the inconvenience, we are currently working on starting a new project to change all our AC units to a more quieter ones and we are currently waiting on approval of HARC (Historic Architectural Review Commissions) for this permit since we are part of the Historical Society. Hope you could give us a 2nd chance in your next visit to Key West!
