Location was fantastic. Central to everything. Unit was bigger than anticipated and spotless. Lois is really cool and there for anything you need. Can't wait to go back.

My husband and I had one of our most relaxing vacations at the Hollinsed House. Very clean and comfortable rooms, the kitchen is a great plus with a grocery store around the corner. I appreciate Lois the manager of the property, who was available for any questions. We just rented bicycles and traveled State Park Beaches and restaurants. It's a nice quiet place to rest after sightseeing all day. Thank you for reading.

Great place to stay
Our stay was fantastic. It was on a quiet street a little more than a block and half from Duval Street. The place was amazing. Walking distance to the downtown. Clean and neat. Will stay there again.

Our family enjoyed our stay for Christmas at this property! Lois was always available for our requests. It is centrally located to Duval street but yet tucked away from the hustle. Highly recommend this property!

Roosters…ugh
Horrible parking otherwise the stay was nice. Warm pool, a bit small. Bed was comfortable but shower is tiny. Musty smell in closets, we just kept clothes in our suitcases. Loved the privacy, very quiet besides the roosters that started squawking at 4am.

Great place to stay! It’s centrally located to Duval and all that we wanted to do. Lois was great, she kept us informed prior to our staying, updated when needed throughout the stay. We can’t wait to return!

The property was great. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere . It was quiet, the other guests we met were very friendly. The property had a small kitchen which was very convenient

I loved the way the cottage was tucked in a private area. The unit was clean and well appointed. The little pool was very nice and clean. The parking was the only problem as there were only two spaces other than street parking and there were no open spots on the street.

We've stayed at Hollinsed House three times in the last year and it never disappoints. So close to Duval yet quiet and relaxing. The fully stocked kitchenette has everything you need to make your meals and t's only a few blocks to Fausto's Market, so we always make a trip there to get a few groceries. Everything is always clean and the pool is so inviting. Lois is wonderful to work with if you have any questions or concerns.

Our stay at the Hollinsed House was perfect. It is so close to everything. The room was perfect(7), it is on the ground floor and is great when you have had too much to drink (as you always do in Key West) I will definitely book a room here in the future. Also the staff always got back to me quickly when I emailed them any questions.

Beautiful place. Very comfortable and clean. Easy walk to Duval Street, Sloppy Joes, Hogs Breath, Mallory Pier, etc. Hosts responded quickly to all emails.

The property far exceeded my expectations. The photo of the room does NOT show the chair, 2 bar stools, full kitchen (small), including refrigerator, microwave, oven, pots, pans, etc. Plenty of drawer space and closet area is included. The bathroom includes bath towels, shampoo/conditioner combo, body wash and hairdryer. The slight downside is the shower is small - comparable to those on cruise ships. The property is 2 blocks from Duval Street, the main st., at approximately the midpoint. The location is perfect! The property includes a small pool for all 8 units to use, a large courtyard that is mainly shaded and 3 parking spaces. For the price, I cannot imagine a better deal in Key West!

Cute property, quiet. Private entrance. Nice courtyard for relaxing. Within walking distance of everything, never had to move our car. Had a Keurig coffee maker. Bed was fairly comfy. Only negative was that the room smelled very musty, but we aired it out when we could and it was manageable and would not keep me from staying again. Parking was hit or miss off street, so glad we could walk everywhere. Shower was very tiny so a larger person may have had issues, but we were ok. There was a stovetop and full fridge, but we didn’t really need it. I wear a fit bit, and it was maybe 0.4 mile to all the Duval action. It was a 1.0 mile walk to the Zachary Taylor fort and 0.7 mile walk to southernmost point. I would definitely stay here again. Much more reasonable price than the resorts.

This place is absolutely amazing. It's cute and clean. Very quiet. Everything was there that we needed. Housekeeping was there every day with fresh towels. We parked our car and didn't move it all week cause everything was within walking distance. Thank u so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

Keys first timer, will book this place again!
Loved it. The room was beyond perfect for my first ever trip to Key West. Location is perfect. Few blocks from Duval but far enough it was super quiet. Great service and super clean. When I go back I am totally booking this again. Lois, the host, was awesome. Thanks!

L’implantatIon est exceptionnel et la literie de bonne qualité. Par contre il manquait une paire de drap, pas de possibilité de garer sa voiture, et surtout une climatisation excrément bruyante que vous devez couper la nuit sinon impossible de dormir.

Stayed in #7. It has a small kitchen inside. Comfortable bed and very quiet ( a major plus). Downside is the housekeeping arrangements. You never know when the 'girls' will show-up, as there's no sign outside (like in a hotel) to let them know if you can't be disturbed or room needs cleaning etc. Lois, is a fantastic host. House is close to EVERYTHING no need for a car.

I have never actually had anyone mentioning the “girls showing up”. It’s never been a problem as the girls don’t show up until after 11. I will order some kind of door hanger saying do not disturb. I appreciate the input. Thanks for letting us be a part of you Key West memory! Hurry back.

No parking anywhere close to this place at all!!! Had to park about half a mile away in a parking garage and walk back and forth to get to your vehicle. 32 dollars a day to park. TV was a small 25-27" mounted to wall with cords tacked around the walls. The shower had crackers in the grout and the start of black mold around it. Room a/c was so loud couldn't hear tv at all even turned all the way up. If you're a bigger person you won't fit on the toilet to close to the walls. No place to set you travel bag in the bathroom, so shaved at the kitchen sink. Over all for the money👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎. Would not recommend this place at all. O by the way no office to check in or out of, or person to speak to. Just a key box with a key. Not personable at all and not helpful.

We were in unit 6, which opens onto the patio and pool, very nice. The location is great being close to but NOT on the busy part of Duvall street. The hot spots are a short walk away. Our longest walk was only 6 blocks. Lois provided us excellent recommendations for a snorkeling and diving company, Lost Reef.

Awesome place to stay and close to everything I needed to see and do. Only down side was parking but I believe that is everywhere in Key West. Loved my little room and private courtyard. I will definitely stay here again.

Quiet, peaceful efficiencies
I've stayed here three times and have loved my experience every time. It's a quiet and quaint place that offers a lot of privacy and peace. All rooms come with fully-equipped kitchens, which is very nice for making your own drinks and snacks. The price is right, and everything always works out so perfectly when we stay here.

We really loved our recent stay at Hollinsed House #7 and will definitely be back! Lois and the staff were amazing! This unit isn’t remodeled or new but what it may lack there, it totally makes up for in charm and character. We visit Key West a few times a year and love this location, it is walking distance to everything! Charming place, pool and location!

We love this place
Me and my wife stayed in the Poolside suite for 3 days. Loved it, we felt at home. Clean, comfortable, had everything we expected. the BBQ area and the pool are amazing. the only problem we had was with the very loud noise from the air conditioner and the neighbor above we heard all the steps. We will go back.

Recently stayed here. Perfect location to walk to everything. Room was good size and had a sm kitchen with all the things you would need to cook a meal. Property was well maintained and very private. Will definitely return.

This is my second time staying at this property but a different unit. The property is close enough to Duval you can walk everywhere. Room was clean, plenty of towels, full-size frig, and great water pressure.

place was awesome ..fantastic location ..would stay again for sure..had a little problem getting in to the room ..did not get an email with lock box combo..so took an extra 15 min to get a hold of someone but very quick response ...worst part was hotels.com said breakfast was included and it was not ..im sure that is hotels.coms fault not this property
