HiMy family and I went to Key West we stay in this apartment the view is beautiful and is well locatedBut the furniture in the living room was extremely dirty my. Either got bedbugs and the carpet in the master bedroom was so dirty it was bad.I understand you guys rent this apartment all the time but you need to clean your furniture and your carpets they all are dirty .The view as I wrote is beautiful

Bathroom faucet came off when turning on. It took 24 hours before addressed. Multiple calls and emails before action. Water all over. Had to share bathroom for all 4 of us. Was told there were other emergencies prioritized. No compensation adjustments or apology. Condo itself was very nice.

This ocean-view condo was perfect for our family (2 couples one toddler) for the long Thanksgiving weekend. Nicely renovated, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable, bathrooms are modern and bright, and the balcony area has plenty of seating. (It's also very safe for little children). We especially loved the swimming pool (which has two designated lap lanes--very unusual!) and hot tub. The gym was a little small (just one treadmill and a few other machines), but the condo is located right on a beautiful coastal beach/walk, so we exercised there. The rental agents were very responsive to our queries. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful unit. Everything was so wonderful inside and out. Great balcony with comfortable chairs. All was as listed in listing. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Quiet location and quiet condo area. Would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable beds

Super location and great views!

Thank you for the wonderful stay as we were chasing the sun in January. We enjoyed the pool and private beach area overlooking great sunsets. We will be back. Thank you to the management team for helping us out when we needed them.

Amazing property & great location

Amazing property & host. Fantastic views & has some great common facilities (pool, hot-water jacuzzi, gym, parking) within the gated compound. Property was as described. Neat, clean & well maintained. Instructions for check-in were clear & smooth. Clean towels, bedsheets, well-stocked kitchenette (with ice-maker in the fridge). We loved the family time there & will definitely recommend a stay at this apartment if you planning to visit Key West! It's around 5-6 mins drive to Doval street - so away from the hustle-bustle. Just a couple of suggestions though - bathrooms are done up well but would be great to have bath mats in there as the floor does get slippery. Also, guests should carry their own bath gel/ shampoo. Sitting in the verandah late evenings is a bit of an issue given the mosquitoes. Rest everything was perfect! Had a lovely stay. Thank you 😇

Amazing stay

My husband and I stayed the week with friends on my spring break. We celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary and enjoyed our time taking in the view, sun, pool, beaches, and Key West. Loved being outside of the town busyness and but close enough to enjoy. The condo renovation is amazing and the patio was where we enjoyed lots of our time!

The Big 3!

Large Hot Tub, Sparkling Lap Pool, and great Ocean View. A great place to relax and explore all that Key West has to offer. The condo was bright, clean and very comfortable.

The newly renovated condo was beautiful. We enjoyed the large balcony and beautiful view. The property has a nice large pool. Only a few minute drive to restaurants and activities.

Nice condo inside- property aged a bit

The condo itself was beautiful and the amenities were awesome- the pool/hot tub/ etc were all great! Only negative was the property on the outside and hallways seems like it could use some tlc. As far as location to duval Street it is a hike but manageable. I would recommend renting bikes/scooters. It was a nice area and away from the craziness of duval -which we liked.

Perfect Location!

We loved staying here. The view was perfect and we had everything we needed; even beach towels!! The little fan in the master bedroom was nice to have as well. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the beach during the time we went because the smell of the algae bloom was terrible, but we enjoyed the pool, spa and surrounding area. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and there were plenty of soft, big bath towels. The best part was the big balcony which came off of both bedrooms and dining area. Perfect spot to have coffee and plan your day. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is nice but there are RUDE condo commando's running all over the place. The property manager left us stuck with both shades stuck down. We and the baby were stuck in two dark rooms fro 10 days. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Nice condo with lovely views and facilities, but be prepared to buy groceries and soap

We had a very nice stay at the condo over President's Day long weekend. The pros include the lovely pool and friendly residents, the close proximity to the beach, and the comfortable beds. The cons include the bird poop on the balcony as there is a nesting bird there, an ironing board, but no iron and there is literally nothing in the kitchen other than very basic cooking equipment, salt and pepper, and sugar packets. We were prepared to bring soap for the showers because I had read the listing carefully, but it's a bummer to have to go immediately to the grocery store to buy absolutely everything you need just to make a cup of coffee or a simple breakfast. Even in a hotel room, they give you items to make coffee or tea. There weren't even napkins. We left coffee and napkins as well as water in the fridge to pay it forward to the next family. Insider tip - you can have pool noodles in the pool. Also, I called the property manager twice - once when we arrived and then again on our last day (both during working hours) and never received a callback. We have already booked a different unit with a different property management company for next year that has two beds in the 2nd bedroom so our teenager can bring a friend. We are hoping the kitchen in this other unit will be better equipped.

Great location.

Great location, updated amenities. Our AC unit had challenges from the previous hurricane but the property manager handled them quickly and efficiently. Overall great stay and would stay again.

Spectacular view

We were given a last minute condo change due to renovations. Our new condo view was spectacular at Mar & Sol. The decor and set up was good but not so updated. We did have a maintenance issue with water temperature and pressure which ended in a new water heater and some wiring being done within a 24 hour period.

Really a Great Stay

Julia and gang were excellent about communicating and helping us understand what we needed to do to get in the condo and to get around town. We were in C432 and the view is everything the listing said it was. Thanks Julia and team.
