Very clean and well equipped unit. Yes, you do hear & see planes but the guys actually enjoyed watching them from the balcony. Plane noise not an issue. Pool & hot tub are great. Location not walking distance to anywhere but the quiet area was appreciated. Use DB taxi for great service. Water damaged flooring could use work. Bathroom on left had issues with shower - water either cold or hot. Could use another chair in living room. Overall, a good experience and would definitely stay there again.

The floors had water damage and are warped. The chairs on the terrace were completely torn and you couldn't sit in them. The hot water for the bath/shower never got really hot.

The refrigerator needs some attention. There were no guards on the door shelves so you couldn’t put any items on the door. The freezer rack is all rusted. There was some notable mold in one of the bathrooms. Also, the kitchen sink was clogged and it was hard to drain. The location is great and it was pretty quiet. The beds were comfy and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We appreciated having an in-unit washer and dryer, parking spot, and one bathroom has access from the kitchen area with two doors to the bedroom that can be closed for privacy.

Our stay was phenominal! Facility was really nice, spacious, clean and staff there were very accomidating Check in/out was a breeze, had no issues, and couldnt have been easier. They provided everything needed. Towels and plenty of toiletry items. In other reviews I read how people weren't thrilled about the airport being right there, but honestly, it wasnt a bother at all! We heard maybe 5 or so planes a day, if that but never heard them at night and honestly it was neat to juat watch them land and take off. We were mostly just there to get refreshed/ready and sleep.Huge shout out to Dor, our main shuttle transportation guy!! He was fantastic, fun, and always enjoyed driving us. Always had a smile, super nice and loved carrying a conversation. The only downside I had, which is most likely my fault but everywhere i researched and looked it kept saying our condo was a10 minute walk to duval. I was like thats perfect, exactly what I want as we took the ferry here and had no transportation. We had to uber a lot which was unplanned, thinking we'd be walking to duval every day. But we still had a blast.The other thing which i dont think is a negative but the condo had a shuttle service that would take us places but was never advertised. Just would have been nice to know ahead of time but they did inform us when they picked us up from the ferry when we arrived. And everyone who drove us was phenominal. Overall, stay was amazing

Overall this property was secluded and quiet within the room and halls. The room is facing the Key West international airport so be ready for daily jets taking off. The good side is that there isnt a lot of flights in or out of this airport so it wasn't very bad. The reason for the 4 stars was the room was clean, but the flooring was terrible in the place. It need some updates to the room to feel like it wasnt like a second hand furnished apartment. Beds were comfortable and TVs worked as they should. Ceiling fan in master did not work so had to crank down the A/C. Showers worked fine and stove worked fine. We found it odd there was no toaster in the unit. Also be prepared to buy your salt and pepper if you need any spices. The reason for the overall lower score was not so much on the place but the location. If you have never been to Key West the town is small. You need about a day to see it all. Everything is expensive. Parking downtown is 7/hr. The beaches smell like raw sewer and are not as pretty as the other beaches on some other islands. This was our first time and although we rented it for a week we ended up leaving mid week. The trip was a disappointment in our expectations of Key West.

Property lacked essential items to get started i.e bathroom tissue, basic kitchen items( salt,pepper, foil. Sleeping arrangements unacceptable, King size beds kept separating, hence hole up the middle of bed! Queen bed very noisy left a lot to be desired! No one thought to mention proximity of Airport and Air Force jets??

Efficient well-equipped condo conveniently located for those arriving by car or air. Easy to ride-share into Old Town without a vehicle, and close to groceries and activities if you are driving. Good choice of a home base for dining, sight-seeing, and other Key West activities.

Great Place!

It was a great location for a family vacation. Minutes away from Smathers Beach, and a just short drive from Duval Street. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Airport is close by but wasn't loud enough to bother anyone. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Great value and condo!

We were happy to have 2 bedrooms, bright living area/kitchen and the balcony. You need a car to get around at this location, but it's nice to have parking space included. Nice condo!
