Quaint Key West lodging away from the hubbub of Duval St with very nice common areas and personal amenities - healthy snacks and thermal pitcher for filtered water always available. The bathroom was a little tight for 2 people, but definitely workable. The furnishings & linen were fresh, and the mattress was comfortable. I would recommend this property.

Great time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time. The accommodations were very comfortable and key westy . We love the location and outdoor space. Only complaint is the bed was very squeaky with minimal movement. We have stayed here before and would stay again!!

This guesthouse was in a quiet area of town, but still close to all the hotspots I wanted to see. Street parking was abundant and I will definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and comfortable, as was the whole house. We did not have a car, so no comment on parking. It was quite central to everything (walking distance), but also quiet. We even walked to the State Park beach, which was lovely. My only comment for future guests is that while very clean, the bathroom was very small. It was sufficient for us (both 200 lbs), but if you are large you might find the bathroom a little uncomfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Loved the location, but the room had a few issues that made the stay less comfortable. The bathroom was extremely small and difficult to use functionally. The bed appeared to be framed for a canopy, but since no canopy was being used, the frame felt unnecessary and partially blocked the TV. Parking was also a challenge, as much of the surrounding neighborhood appeared to be permit-only/resident parking. Overall, the location was great, but the room layout and parking situation were drawbacks.

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again! The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated having a fridge in the room as well as the fan, air conditioning and ice machine. There was a TV but I didn't use it. I was travelling solo and the room was big enough for me to have a decent amount of space. The bathroom was a little small but wasn't a problem for me. Although the room was at the front it felt quiet and I wasn't disturbed during my stay. The small pool was a lot warmer than I expected. In terms of a location it was 15 minutes away from most of the places I most often visited. The online host was also very responsive.

Check in was a breeze. Easy to relax and read a book or visit with others guests in the central area or pool. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching KW awaken while sipping coffee. Great restaurant called Azur basically around the corner. Convenient to Bight terminal if you’re arriving by KW Express.

Wonderful Experience

The house was adorable with the cool old Keys vibe. Liz was awesome and her communication regarding check in/check out made things effortless. Would definitely recommend and revisit.
