We always wanted to stay at the Truman Annex and this was the last month for weekly rentals…now the TA will go to monthly onlyThe likes are-wonderful location close to beach and close to Duval and once on the compound you feel secluded The Management team was a 5 star, easy to reach and very good instructions about getting into the unit and additional details on staying at the unit and helpful when we checked out…big thanks!The reserved parking space was right at the front door and convenient The kitchen has nice appliances and essentials if you want to cook and was very clean (no outdoor grill)The bathroom has been update and nice walk in showerLoved having a washer and dryer The outdoor deck sits right over a nice courtyard setting and is large TV’s and WiFi were fineNever heard any noise or neighbors Some tips- you might need to make a run to Publix for toilet paper and paper towels, plus bring your own bath soap…only 2 wash clothes but there were more towels The unit is on the 2nd floor and the stair are a workout especially with luggage The living room furniture and bedroom are needing an update but over all everything was cleanThe pool was cool and no heat and it looks pretty dated but plenty of chairs and close to the unit If you come in late make sure to really read the check in instructions to find the office as it can be a bit hard to see it when dark out.Over all we had a nice week and hope to stay in the Annex again but on a first floor level.
