Week in Key West

Our stay was wonderful. The communication and helpfulness from the staff was top notch and very appreciated. The space was clean, quiet and had the amenities needed/as described online. Would recommend it for families or others traveling to Key West.

Highly Recommend

The marina view was beautiful. The amenities offered are everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Management was prompt and informative with any questions I had. The pool is heated and located right in front of the marina. The unit was very clean and the property was not too far but far enough away from the major tourist attractions.

Fantastic location

This was our fourth trip to KW and this was by far the best location. Close enough to all the fun on Duval, but far enough away from the noise and traffic of Duval! Nice to be able to sit by the water and enjoy the view. The check in and out process was seamless. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect location

We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute! The condo is clean and recently updated with new appliances. However, there is only 1 tiny broom closet and the area rug in the living room is stained and should be replaced. It is conveniently located close to the downtown section, beaches, entertainment and restaurants. It is quiet and the pool was warm and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this place. Away from the heart, yet close and easy to get there. Water way Right behind the property and pool right there as well. Very clean, every dish needed, everything worked, beds slept good, easy check in and check out. They get a thumbs up from me. Absolutely perfect and the best place of our three years and running, coming down for FF.

Great couples get away!

Beautiful property. Only two suggestions that would be helpful and nice to have in the future . Drapes or blinds for the porch windows to add more privacy and mirrors in the bedrooms would be great to have for 2 couples to get ready when at the condo when sharing a bathroom. The condo was spectacular!

Clean, but not what was expected

Property was clean, but was lacking. Elevator didn’t work the entire time, there were holes in the pillows on the couch, a hole in the wall with wires hanging out, no curtains in the entire place with outside lights beaming in, no closets in either bedroom and the water view is 1/2 blocked by trees upstairs. It was a great location for a mile walk into town though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cozy and comfortable place for 4. We knew it would be tight quarters so we were prepared. We enjoyed walking out to the docks or taking advantage of the upper level floor to watch the sun rise. The location is central to the store and downtown. We rented mopeds to get around town. The living room didn't really have enough comfortable seating but we made it work. The bedrooms are roomier than the pictures show, thank goodness. The balcony overlooks the parking lot on the side, but it was never an issue. We sat out there often. The complex was quiet. We weren't bothered at all by any outside lights while sleeping and we couldn't hear the elevator either, as mentioned in some reviews. Management company always responded promptly with any questions we had. We would recommend small families to here.

Bayfront Suites, Sunset South #1

The location was perfect, being off the main Duval St. area by approx. a mile easy to walk, bike or uber everywhere. The unit was clean, had great kitchen appliances and utensils with new furnishings. As others have mentioned the only thing missing that would be an easy fix is hooks/small closest space. The unit's outdoor deck was perfect as was the upper shared deck and pool and nice that it is on Bay. The manager was so responsive, knowledgeable and fun to talk to! I would highly recommend to anyone that doesn't want to be right in the midst of the action, but close enough to walk. Also, the neighborhood has many walkable off the beaten path restaurants and charters right on the bay.

Fabulous

Location was perfect Rented scooters from Sunshine rentals “lots of props to them”. Let us store our luggage for free at their site because 10 am check was too early for our flight which I should’ve scheduled a later check out so not the owners fault. Sunshine rentals also let us keep our scooters for extra 4 hours with no charge. They also gave us a free ride to the airport. Smokey’s BBQ right down the street “Excellent” Duval street close. Seven Fishes delicious (a little expensive.” All the food was great, drinks awesome, time here “Priceless” Condo was clean with all the amenities you need. Right on the Marina and enjoyed late night drink outside on the lounge chairs looking at the bridge. Quiet and Safe neighborhood. 5-Star rating for sure and the owner allowed us an early check in which was really nice Bc we came from the snow and it was hot. Our son and his girlfriend had a fabulous time as well. Would definitely Steph rent this condo again! The Dutra’s
