Wonderful location and great place to stay

Great place to stay as far as location. Easy walk to shopping, grocery, restaurants, touring, etc. The suite was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed (although we didn’t use the kitchen to cook). It was quiet until the adjoining suite was rented. We could hear the TV through the adjoining door when we were in bed. The pool area was perfect for cooling off in the afternoon.

Perfect Stay – Immaculately Clean and Comfortable!

We had a fantastic stay at the Royal Palm Suite! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained everything was. The home was beautifully decorated, cozy, and stocked with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every room felt inviting and fresh.The host was communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was also perfect—quiet and convenient, with easy access to Duvall St. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you!Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pristine getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent place to hang your hat

This was a perfect location anda well kept modern property in a beautiful enclave of several villas with a small pool. Very beautiful vegetation. All well kept. A sure winner! You do share a lockout room adjacent to your neighbors, so discretion is to be kept in mind!

Clean and relaxing

We stayed in one of the suites and loved this place! Easy checkin and communication, updated and well maintained inside and out. Shady pool was a bonus. We saw iguanas in the trees and lots of cute curly tail lizards around the grounds. Wi-Fi signal was very weak, but we were there to unplug so it wasn’t an issue.

Perfect for us

The Suite was perfect for my first trip to Key West. The location is great and the pool was a great spot to relax and cool down. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. Check in process was easy. Would love to stay there again!

Cute cottage, nice pool and convenient location

Overall the stay was great! The cottage was very nice, convenient location, great pool, and good communication with management/owners. My only complaint is that the walls between the other unit were very thin, you could literally hear them sneeze, toilet flush next door and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Great location and pool!

This property is beautiful and well kept. The Royal Palm suite is perfect for a couple with a comfy bed and updated bathroom. We used the pool area every night and loved walking everywhere we wanted to go. We parked right next to our suite, no problem. There are 2 small refrigerators, neither has freezer space beyond a tiny box. We got ice and water from the pool area every time, not the most convenient. Also the connecting wall is super thin, we could hear talking and music from the next unit. But overall a great stay!

Great location!

Lovely suite, just as pictured, spectacular lush tropical surroundings, great pool. Great location within walking distance of most attractions. If you plan to cook (we didn’t), it could use more utensils, mixing bowls, etc otherwise terrific!

Clean and quiet area. We walked everywhere within 30 or less minutes: Fort Zachary Taylor Park, the Marina, Duval street, Southern Most Poinet, etc.

Cozy, convenient, communicative

My husband and I feel we found a gem in paradise. Located conveniently to Duval street and famous Blue Heaven restaurant. Authentic Cuban food literally steps away at El Siboney. We rented bikes which gave us more freedom and control of our times. Beds were comfortable, pillows comfy. Our neighbors were quiet and our room furnished with basic necessities and clean! Communication with landlords was easy and they were very responsive when we had questions. Our flight was earlier than check in , and we were able to sit by the tranquility of the pool while we waited for our room which was ready early. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for your Key West stay!!

Great one bd, one ba on quiet street in great Key West location. Well equipped inside and out. Modern kitchen and bath. 2 nice decks. Very clean. Close to Duval st and close to a great public beach (Higgs). Rent chairs and theres a great restaurant and bar at the beach. Nice pool at the property. Towels and cold filtered water provided daily. Management readily available if u need. You probably wont. Would happily stay here again!
