I would’ve gave it 5 stars but I gave it 3 only because I seen a roach in the bathroom and my cable wasn’t working in 2 rooms. But everything else was perfect.

Key West

The location worked well for our stay in Key West. Issues we encountered were: the patio door didn’t lock causing a safety concern, dirty sheets on the sofa bed, no Kleenex tissues, louvered closet doors need dusting, no extra washcloths. The manager was quick to respond in bringing clean sheets.

Nice place. Cleaning people not very thorough. Dried blood splashes found above toilet paper roll. Floor dirty, walking barefoot on first day noticed our feet were black! Other than probably need another remote instead of having to share one remote between bedrooms.

Great rental

Great rental for our family. Some things a little unclear such as bikes that were supposed to be available and communication was a little slow, but the rental was in great shape. This was from a year ago, so i did find it odd at the rental company just reviewed us and asked us for areview

Overall nice place

It was a nice place for the price. Close to the things you need. Not far from all touristy areas. Many local restaurants to choose from. As listed on VRBO, needs other updates. Mattresses in both rooms old need to be replaced. Tendency to roll toward middle. Needs new hair dryer in Master bedroom with longer cord.

Great weekend away!

The property was close enough to all the activities yet far enough way from the hustle and bustle. (15/20 min Uber ride). Pool was delightful. Apt had all the necessities. Place was very dated but surface clean. Could use a good deep clean but was totally fine for our weekend stay. No complaints! Nice place and would stay again!

Key west

It served a purpose of being with friends that live on the island. The pool was closed in the morning when we wanted to use it, and most of the time we came back after dark and it was closed again. It’s a quick water to the water, enjoyed having coffee with sun coming up.

Great little place to rest your head

We enjoyed our stay here. Small but comfortable for 5 people. We weren't there much due to exploring the island. Definitely recommend renting a vehicle as it's a 15 minute drive from most attractions.

The property was clean We received many text and calls making sure everything was in order for our stay.(communication was great) The condo was close by to everyplace we visited. very quiet We would defiantly stay here again and recommend them to others.

Perfect for the price point

I loved that there were 2 bedrooms and bathrooms! It was tucked away on the quiet side of the island which was good for having kids in Key West but you will need transportation. The pool and hot tub were great! The condo needs a little updating. The bathrooms were dated but functional. The master bed was hard and squeaky.

Room stinks and property owners don’t care.

The trash receptacle was located right outside of our room and our room smelled horribly every day. We called and asked them to take of the smell and to please move us but they never called us back. We ended up deciding to leave early and when we called the property managers to explain why, they never called us back and we are out that those extra days for money. The trash was so bad that the garbage shoot was stuffed full and people left their garbage on the floor outside of the room we were in.

Vacation at Key West, Florida

This property is clean, comfortable and quiet neighborhood. It is easy to check in because of well management. This condo is close to the downtown with interesting places to visit and take a tour. We appreciate for the wonderful services during our stay.

Very Clean, but VERY DATED!

At first glance, the condo looked very nice & clean! And it was very clean. Plenty of towel & beach towels. But once you looked @ the furniture, etc it became apparent that things were in desperate need of renovation! In the kitchen the waste disposer was broken, but we weren’t aware of it, so it backed up! The dishwasher was broken, and the top 2 shelves of the fridge fell down after we put a few groceries on it! In the Master Bedroom the King Bed was like sleeping on a board! And in the bathroom the wall with the faucet, etc is about to fall! And it backed up on rhe 1st shower! After taking the stopper totally off the shower drained. It was totally out of the way & thankfully we rented a “clown” car to get around!
