A five minute ride to the center of Duval Street

The property is a quick uber/lift ride away from the center of the night life scene. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a ride. It offered us a clean and comfortable oasis to take a break from the action. The pool is heated and there is a nice deck to sit on and enjoy the peace and quiet. This property is located very close to the Navy Base so be prepared to hear all of the daily announcements made on the base PA system. Also you will get to enjoy 7:55am First Call To Colors followed by Reveille at 8:00am. I'm sure that you would also hear Retreat at sunset but we were never around at that time.There is also a nice little Moose lodge across the street if your a member.

Place was great. Location was convenient, beds were comfy — pool was heated and relaxing. If I had to suggest improvements — I would say a better layout of furniture in living room and upgrade of cooking utensils. I would definitely stay here again!

Best location, quiet, beautiful andpeaceful

Overall impression is its amazing. Right on the bay with a great pool and plenty of chairs. Place wad very clean no cosets so a few hooks would help to hang up some clothes. We rented a golfcart for 7 of us and it was perfect to get from our place to anywhere on the island. Host was nice and if we needed anything, we got ot right away. Rooms are clean and bathrooms were sparkling. We would def stay here again Westayed 6 nights. Gorgeous sunrise

Key West

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It was clean, well stocked with necessities such as paper products and cleaning supplies (no need to bring extras). The only minor issue was the lighting coming from exterior lighting, I believe some darkening shades would help in this situation. An Uber ride to Duval was right around $10 and with two couples that was very affordable. The walk to Duval was not bad at all, we enjoyed the walk and the beautiful neighborhoods and landscaping! If we come back with a group we would definitely seek to stay again!

1. mattresses need to be replaced 2. ice maker needs work 3. the electronic lock worked intermittently (spoke with manager to no avail - treated me like I was stupid) until it did not. Then it did not work, the handyman came and stated it was not installed correctly and had to take the lock apart to make it work. 4. the entry door and front slider did not have a shade. All the other entry doors n the facility had shades. 5. The listing led one to believe the w/d were in the unit, they were on the second floor! 6. The elevator was broken. 7. The soundproofing was till, the ladies in the the two back bedrooms had trouble sleeping with all of the noise.

Great Location & Quiet Apartments

6 of us stayed here in Jan/Feb and had a lovely time. The location was very good with nice views over Garrison Bight marina and it was easy to walk or cycle into Old Town Key West. The apartments were also located on a quiet road away from the main highway so peaceful too. There was a nice pool with plenty of areas to sunbathe, ample parking and spaces to lock up rental bikes and the whole area was attractively landscaped. Only slight negative was the elevator was out of action but as we were on the first floor, it wasn’t a big issue.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay in Key West with family

The property was very nice and was perfect for our family to spend Christmas together. The bedrooms were roomy and provided space for all of us. It was convenient to all things Key West. Communication was frequent and very specific for arrival, departure, and needs in between. Management was responsive to questions, and very accomodating.

Group vacation

This condo was perfect for our group vacation.The location was close enough to everything via golf carts that we rented but also quiet. Beautiful view and prompt response from host when we had any questions. A wonderful place to stay.

Myself and my 5 buddies have been coming to the Keys for the last 3 years for fishing charters. This house has been the best by far that we have stayed in. The most clean, comfortable and closest to the charter boats.

CAUTION! CAUTION! CAUTION!

If you are handicapped and need the elevator, DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY!! We got stuck in it TWICE!! Both times, maximum capacity was NEVER approached, not even half the maximum capacity! And the worst thing is they WOULD NOT SHUT THE ELEVATOR DOWN!! No warning sign posted, nothing!! The rescue squad that came the first time said it happens all the time! The management disagreed and said it was the property next door. I may have thought that could be true if it hadn't happened twice!!! 30 to 45 minutes in a closed space, HOT AIR, NO CIRCULATION, SCARY wondering what the heck is going to happen! I don't think so!

The views from the back porch and dock are so relaxing and beautiful. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and it was an enjoyable 20 minute walk to Duval street.
