  • Top floor penthouse ocean-view condominium at 1800 Atlantic in the highly desirable B building. This unit has recently been renovated and features a new kitchen with granite counters, lovely open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. The elegant master bathroom has a spacious walk in shower. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and for your convenience there is a queen pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms and the living room have brand new impact sliding glass doors providing ocean views across the entire length of the unit. Enjoy the ocean breezes from your large private balcony. The guest bathroom has been recently renovated with a state of the art walk in shower.

    Elevator Upgrade project taking place from June - September 2026 - Please note there will still be one working elevator in both the East and West building while this project is underway.

Key West Trip

Great spot especially for the price, a lot of space and great pool set up with views of ocean. Very easy to uber to Duval.

Outstanding!

This is our third time at this property but the first time in this unit, and it was the best one yet! Beautifully decorated, well appointed kitchen, plenty of towels and the beds were wonderful to sleep in. Plus the view of the Atlantic is stunning. The property management is quick to respond to emails and calls, and super helpful. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this location and especially this fourth floor unit!

It was close to everything but far enough away that it was quiet and good family setting. Excellent condo for our long weekend getaway

The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. The location is great to rent a bike or golf cart and explore the island. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying here again! Great communication and fast to answer any questions.

Great place to stay!

All in all, we had a great stay! The location was awesome. The family loved having the pool right there, as well as the beach. The condo was spacious and we has plenty of room. My only issues was with the shower water pressure, but that isn't the owners fault, and a map would have been nice as when we first got there, we had no idea how to get to the room. Everything else was great!

Great balcony, pool area, and beach

Very roomy 2 bed/bath apartment. Top floor with balcony looking out at ocean. Very nice pool with restrooms and a small, but nice beach. Well stocked kitchen. Spacious living room. Only complaint is water heater was set on low, so only one person could shower at a time (otherwise cold water).

Let the fun begin!

Place was exactly as listed. They gave us a personal space in the garage for our car with a clicker. Place was clean and gorgeous. This was my second time staying there. Will stay again next year. Lots of room. Towels and linens are plush and everything is super clean. Balcony is huge and view is spectacular. Pool is Olympic size and clean and just the perfect temperature. Can’t wait for next year to come!

Condo was nice. Little confusing on how to get into room. 10 am check out stunk. Should at least be 11 am.
