We stayed here for a week and overall the location was excellent—close to everything—and the condo itself was cozy and clean. We’ve stayed at other rentals in the Shipyard community, but this was the first that really didn’t provide any “extras.” The toilet paper was 1-ply, there were no paper plates or cups, only a half-roll of paper towels, and the complimentary toiletries were minimal (a tiny hand soap and small sample-size shampoo/conditioner).Since we travel often and usually stay for at least a week, we know to pack most of our own supplies, but it still felt a little bare compared to other places we’ve stayed. We were also asked to start the linens in the washer and dryer before leaving, but only one laundry tablet was provided. For the price we paid, it would have been nice to have at least a little more consideration—something as simple as filling the ice trays with water would’ve made a difference.That said, the condo itself was comfortable and in a great spot, just be prepared to bring along the basics if you book here.

Overall stay was wonderful!

We enjoyed the condo and location to restaurants, Mallory square, shopping, and beaches. Things to improve: WiFi was not showing as secure dishwashing leaked on floor when ran (alerted rental Co.) keys left on table opened the pool gate but not gates to Truman annex after 6pm.

Great place close to Duval

Overall a great place to stay. I would get the shower drain cover fixed. There are no screws holding it down. Also the WiFi account isn’t being broadcast. I do like it a bit cooler at night 74 was a bit warm for sleeping. Still a great place to stay.

Great place, inconsistent instructions

Great place, very clean and convenient location near Duval St. Only problem was printed instructions in condo for Wi-Fi connection, keys and check out procedures were out of date or wrong.

Key West Reboot

Great ground level condo in the Truman Annex. The condo is a short walking distance to Duvall Street and many great restaurants and shops yet very quiet and peaceful. Pool area was great! The place is well appointed with everything you need. We'll be back! Definitely recommended!

Great Trip

First time visiting Key West and it was great! I wish the beaches were useable but I know it couldn’t be helped! We did a couple of excursions with Fury and they were great! Every restaurant we ate at had great food! Our favs were Smokin Tuna, Willy T’s, Hog’s Breath and Kaya’s! Our condo was great and very close to Duvall St and the pier. We had a great time!

Frequent Key West visitor and loved first time in Truman Annex

The property has everything you need and is close to everything plus a playground and splashpad for kids. Unit was equipped with all necessities for a long stay and thoughtful items like coffee and other kitchen items to set you up for success. Property management was very responsive and checked in on us when we thought there might be an issue (but all was well). Would stay again and recommend to you.

Great central location & Great place

The unit was clean and had all we needed to start our week. A short Uber to Publix then walked & bicycles for the rest of the week. Had alot of fun & made great memories! Already planning to visit Key West again!

Perfected located condo for 2-4 people

Cute little condo. Perfect location. Very close to it all yet far enough away from Duvall street . No need for bikes or carts. You can easily catch the free air conditioned bus with a short walk to the bus stops when needed. The only complaint I Have is that there weren’t enough washcloths and hand towels. Knowing there were 4 people staying here, there should have been one set for each of us. Only one was left out and there weren’t any others in the closets. Otherwise, this condo had everything we needed.

Property close to everything you need!!

First this company and staff are amazing. They answer your questions and were very quick to respond by phone or message on vrbo. The condo was perfect size for us. We enjoyed coffee in mornings on back patio. The condo had all kitchen items you could need from coffee pot to pots and pans to dinnerware! It was a very quiet spot not a lot of huddle and bustle.. you only heard roosters in mornings but that didn’t bother us at all. We were 2 blocks behind Duval street which was perfect.. when we wanted duval we walked if we wanted something a bit further we drove. We rented car but you can rent mopeds, bikes, scooters.. and property mgt had access to all of it if you needed the info. We were very please where we stayed. We highly recommend this spot for key west!! The property manager was more than accommodating!!

Location, location, location!

Excellent location. Unit is a bit run down and in need of updating. That said, the price was less than I normally pay for a 1 BR also in Shipyard. On arrival, the security require the name of the owner. There is no name on the contract, just the property manager. Fortunately the security guy let it slide, in the past they have more insistent. If this unit were cleaned up and the bulky furniture swapped out it would easily be a 5*.
