Great little townhouse, very clean, end unit so only one neighbor which is nice. Courtyard is beautiful with fountains, birds and a variety of tables for seating. Pool is just for a dip (very small) but was great to cool off in and lounge by. Inside the unit I did smell damp but saw no mold or mildew (its humid Florida so wasn’t surprised) and used a little spray lysol in the air and it never bothered us. Very quiet, king bed was comfy, plenty of new white fluffy bath towels and even pool towels were provided. The bedroom faces a big spotlight so bring your sleep eye mask or something to drape over the windows. Curtains in the bedroom would be a nice addition to help with the bright nighttime lights but other than that, great place, we would stay here again. Thanks!

Beautiful but smelly

The place was lovely but everything smelled of mildew. So much so that when we went to our next stay, our clothes smelled of it just from having our suitcases open.

Perfect location

This property was perfect for my husband and me for about 5 days. The location is excellent. No car needed. We rented bikes next door and could walk to everything in the evening. The unit was clean and renovated. There is a lovely couple who live on site and maintain the beautiful gardens. They gave us excellent advice on where to eat and things to see. Great experience!

Near Old Key West

We enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed the courtyard. Upon entry to our condo, we were surprised by a strong musty smell. As we we came and went the smell was less evident. Good location for sure. Questions were not always answered in a timely manner. Suggest phone, not text or email.

Great location and cottage

We loved everything about our cottage stay in Key West! The unit was lovely and the courtyard was amazing! We couldn't get the downstairs fans to work but otherwise everything was perfect!

Beautiful property and grounds.

Lovely place and centrally located. My only negative is that it would be nice if there was more flexibility, within reason, for check in and check out times. You’re dealing with travelers. Also a few more basic needs in the kitchen for cooking.

Steps Away from Duval yet an Oasis

My wife, I and our dog stayed for a week wrapped around our son's wedding weekend. The location was perfect -- yards from CVS, Key West Cuban Coffee Shop, and Sinz; on the doorstep of Duval Street; close to all Old Town offers -- yet offering a quiet, secluded vibe. Plus, the property managers were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great location

Perfect for the 4 of us (husband and I with 2 20+ year old children). No complaints from kids sleeping on pull out couch. Walking distance to beaches, great restaurants and entertainment. With being so close to the action… hard to believe how quiet the place is.

Family Anniversary Celebration

Parking was a hassle but not a struggle. Always on street or a block away. Golf cart/ bike rental and Cuban at the corner. Beautiful tropical garden and good for kids. Lots to do in area. For us this was one vacation on foot.

Nice Clean Unit not friendly owner.

We loved everything about the unit and it was dog friendly so we brought our little dog. We arrived and I was walking out through the courtyard walking the doggy on his leash. A guy sitting in the courtyard, who I assume was the owner, barked “No Dogs in the courtyard! Gotta get him out on the street!” Yikes, I promptly turned around and went back to our room. We weren’t there 5 minutes and this was our warm welcome. Just don’t understand how people like this are involved in the hospitality business. I am not questioning the policy, just the frickeng attitude this gentleman had.

Nice Visit to Key West
