Great stay, no complaints really besides the area where the carpet meets the bathroom floor in the master needs replaced. There are sharp nails exposed that hurt to step on. Pillows are perfect, unlike most places with flat no good pillows.

No frills- Far From downtown

The unit was very clean arrival, but the furniture is old and there are rusty areas- tubs that are patched and paint that is chipping in a lot of places. This is truly a no frills and for the price- unfortunately not worth it.Opportunities:1. Better communication about parking at the property2. Needs updated furniture - but all functional if you just want a place to lay your head3. TVs are small, old, and they aren’t “smart TVs”- with a minor investment owners should change them out. Who doesn’t have “some” streaming service they’d like to use on vacation?….not possible here. 4. PLEASE NOTE- you will have to travel to get to the action/downtown Key West. It is NOT a “10 minute drive”- even with no traffic. Realistically 18 minutes without traffic. You have to pay for parking everywhere (6 an hour) in downtown so the money you’ll spend “parking”- invest in a closer place so you can park for free and walk everywhere. Once Downtown- everything is walkable within 5-25 minutes/ even all the way down to the marina. If you plan to go out- drive back to change clothes and then go back downtown- plan out your time as it isn’t a convenient and quick back and forth. 5. If you are booking here because you noticed they have a gym/ DON’T. The equipment is very old- rusty- ripped- and you feel like this is a prison gym with the dark- awkward concrete room. Literally zero frills and equipment is in poor shape.

Would not recommend to anyone.

It was very dirty not clean at all pretty disgusting and smelled very bad. We got locked out for an hour and missed a tour because we needed to get into our room. It was ridiculous. They would not offer early check in or late check out..we didn't even get 24 hours there. This place is a dump and HORRIBLE customer service do not stay here.

Clean with good amenities

The condo was clean overall with a great pool/hot tub. Property is right next to airport so you will hear air traffic. Needs new bed as the mattress was very uncomfortable in the master bedroom and new couch as it’s worn along with some other updates but it’s good for the price.

Was not happy with this place. Very outdated! Patio doors had mold growing on them, rust in the freezer, no shower curtain when we first got there, couch extremely uncomfortable and too far from Duval St.

Amazing weekend getaway

We had a really great time @ the Seaside resort. Room was perfect & the location really worked for us - we rented golf carts & it was 10-15 min ride to Duval! 5 minute ride to Smathers Beach! Will definitely stay here again!

Only drawback was kitchen not equipped well. Toaster only partially worked. Burners on stove didnt heat fully. Only 1 worked and not to full heat. Tiny fry pan was all that was there to cook in. Condo was freshly painted in nice colors and plenty of room. Would book again if kitchen improved.would have been nice to have washer/dryer in unit.
