Condo is super clean. View from balcony is very nice with table & chairs available to sit and enjoy. Bathrooms are both very nice & super clean, with walk in showers. This condo needs to have a big *NOTICE* sign attached to the description. You must pick up a physical key at another location to get into the building. The location of the key closes at 5pm and the key will be left in a locked box outside the door. Which means you need the code for that box. They do not send you this information. If you contact them with your timeline they will tell you the procedure & code. From the airport, Uber to the office - you drive right by the condo- $20. Pick up key and Uber back to the condo - another $20. Remember! You must physically return the key to this office upon checkout. So...Uber $20, drop off key, Uber $20 to airport. Should 6 people stay at the condo, I have no idea how you get in the building unless you ALL STAY TOGETHER AT ALL TIMES. There is only one key. Once in the building you can use a code for the front door of the condo. However, you can't go to the pool & get back in without the key. There is minimal cooking available and absolutely NOTHING else in kitchen. This condo does not even keep salt & pepper. Not even one morning of coffee, or creamer and, of course, no sugar. They did leave small packets with laundry soap & dishwasher soap. That was handy. While the bedrooms in the condo are both nice size with sliding door access to the balcony, the main room is all open and not extremely large. The table is bar height and only seats 3. The kitchen island does have 3 bar stools. It would not be convenient to have two adults sleeping on the couches in the living room and have others getting up for breakfast. We are bike riders so the 1.8 miles to Mallory Square is not a big deal. If you want more of the Duval St/Mallory Sq action this condo maybe wouldn't be convenient for you. However, it's location for us was great. Smathers beach is right there, with Higgs Beach a short distance. There is no 'Book' in this condo. So any information about restaurants, things to do, you must look up yourself. This was not our 1st time to Key West. However we did discover ' Salute ' restaurant, about .7 miles away on the beach and the food is AMAZING. We will definitely remember Salute for next time. Another .3 mile up the road is Seaside Cafe at the Mansion. This wasanother new find. WOW! Lobster pizza that by far the best ever!
