No hot tub

Booked rental in July because it had a hot tub. Arrived in November for our anniversary and the go tub had been removed. No one noticed me. If I would have known I would have cancelled my reservation.

The place needs maintenance. Door handles lose, missing tile in the bathrooms, shower faucet is lose. The oustide deck was flithy.

Good location, poor condition

The condo was a nice size and good location but that was about where it ended. The condition was poor-the floor had multiple spots of water damage, the bathroom tiles were loose and missing, the door to the bedroom balcony did not close the whole way and rattled all day and night and the fridge was rusted.

Place nice rental company ruined our stay

If you see any rental managed by Vacasa run!! This rental was very nice but our experience with the rental management ruined our stay. They had us running back and forth from the rental to the office (that was closed) several times calling us liars about actually being at the office and what was included in the rental. Local management made empty promises to us and then when we returned the keys the people in the office had no idea we had any problems. When we tried explaining our issues to them they did not want to hear it and just told us to leave it in our review. To the owner of the unit, I would find another rental management company! And to future renters if you see Vacasa, Stay away!!

Close to the Action but Quiet

We were first time visitors to Key West and this property was exactly as advertised. It was right off of Duval Street but we had no noise at night. it was an easy walk to all the bars and restaurants as well as historical sites like the Hemingway and Truman houses. The parking garage was perfect for our vehicle and the building was safe and secure.

Condo was anything but the posted pictures

Very outdated, in dire need of many repairs. Leaky ceiling, even showing mold and wetness in entry corridor. Washer not working, two different paint colors in master where it looks like patch work was done. Ceiling pealing in some areas. Very worn furniture. List goes on and on.

Never again.

We had to go to another location not on site to collect the garage pass key and 1 key to enter for 4 guests. The furniture was filthy in the living room. We packed light knowing there was a washer and dryer. The 3rd day of our stay we threw all of our clothes in the washer only to find out it was broken. The machine filled with water and wouldn't go further. It took an hour just to get through to Vacasa (the management company) to even report it. They said they'd get a maintenance man out. We waited 4 hours for him to show up. He finally came. Walked in, looked at it and told us he'd been there before and it was broken and it had been reported. They never fixed it. We then had to take the soaking wet soapy clothes out of the washer an rinse each item and wring it dry and put them in the dryer. It took 2 hours to dry. Half our day was shot. The upstairs was ridiculously hot. To make upstairs comfortable to sleep we had to drop the temperature down to 70 which made the downstairs floor so cold you could hang meat. The second bedroom was so small it only fit a bed and one night stand. The bed was against the closet door. In order to use the closet we had to move the bed. That put the night stand in front of the entrance door so we had to turn it sideways to be able to open the door. I can provide pictures. I hope VRBO will first, refund some if our money. This place was not worth what we spent... and secondly take this place off of their website. I expect to hear from someone. As far as the broken washer, Vacasa had "notice of condition" prior to renting to us. Our last day was cut in half because of their negligence.

Nice place.

Nice place, great location. Both full bathrooms are en suite, so good privacy. Pool was quite pleasant, clean, never crowded. Fairly quiet as well (roosters aside) even though close to Duval.
