Our first night, the condo next door started blaring music at 6 am- 8am- and couldn’t even hear us knocking it was so loud. Whoever was above us it sounded like they were working above starting at 6 am- there feet were pounding above the bedroom non stop in the mornings until around 10-11. Who ever does landscaping, they too were loud and hollering to each other in morning. Light didn’t work above kitchen table, had to have them replace light bulb, 3 remotes stopped working- had to replace batteries, disposal protective black lid u had to remove for stuff to go down disposal- which i was worried one of my kids would get hurt using it.

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this well-located condo. The space was clean, stylish, and had mostly everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was very responsive and made check-in a breeze.One small thing to note: there was no closet space, just one small wardrobe (not suitable for dresses) in one bedroom so packing light is helpful. Also, the walls are on the thinner side, so you will hear some noise from neighbors—just something to be aware of.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Spring Break Friends Trip

Everything was great! The only small problem was the coffee pot pod section didn’t work at all. The pods kept exploding. We tried unsuccessfully several times and had to clean up the mess which was a pain. Property was immaculate and perfect for our stay!

Well Equipped Home on Marina in Key West

Stayed at condo with wife and three other couples. Three bedroom, three bath layout worked out perfect. Condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen fully equipped. Poll had to be at least 90 degrees, which was great as nights got a bit cool. Property manager allowed early access, even though we had not prearranged. Much appreciated. Only complaint is lack of closets.

Enjoyed the layout with a few exceptions.

The WiFi and internet never worked until the day we checked out. No closets. No pool toys. No beach toys or chairs. The 3 bedrooms with their own bath worked for us. Good communication between us and the office.

Key West Vacation

Key west rentals were very easy to work with. The communication was wonderful, check in and out super easy. The unit was clean, decorated perfectly, and for the most part stock with all the cooking equipment needed.

Key West Stay

All went smoothly, early check in. Help at the dock - greeting. Good directions to launch our boat just an easy walk. We used an Uber frequently it was quick. You can walk it to downtown if you choose but it’s about a mile and a half. Well do again soon….!

Great stay in Key West

Overall the place was great. It felt pretty new/fresh and came with all the essentials and was well thought out. Even though it has a nice kitchen, we did not do any real cooking or grilling opting instead for the great Key West dining. Air conditioning and ample fans were excellent at cooling the place down and keeping it comfortable. The only negative was the insanely HOT pool. Yes it was summer, but that's when you need a refreshing dip in the pool most. No one could stand to use it. It felt hotter than the air temp (which was 95 in mid-June)! The pool needs a big shade put over it for Summer. Note: We took a lot of Ubers (~$8-12 each) to and from the VRBO but this could be easily walked or biked. There was a golf cart on the property, but we didn't know what this was for or whom?

Perfect Location

The unit was incredibly clean, well maintained, and in a great location. The pool out back was nice, as well. Kids enjoyed it and it was just steps away from your room. It was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Our 2023 Florida Beach Trip

We were booked to go back to Sanibel Island again but Ian wrecked that so we chose Key West. I search for accommodations and viewed listings all over the island. We chose this unit after reading the reviews. Upon arrival the unit was clean and exactly what we were expecting. The location was perfect and a couple minute ride to the main district. This was perfect since we didn’t have to deal with all the crowds and noise. I would highly recommend this unit and when we come back I would book it again. Tom & Donna

Could of been a lot better

The air conditioning at the property wasn't working properly. It took 3 days to get a response. The refrigerator had a awful smell like dead fish. It was reported to no response. The pictures online were not the same as actual condo. They apologized. It definitely felt like a bait and switch. The property was a very noisy place in general . Paper thin walls .

Perfect stay for our long weekend

Check in process was super easy. The unit was very clean and well stocked. This location was a little further away from Duvall than we normally stay so we were not sure about access via foot. But we walked to Duvall and surrounding areas every day. We had 3 couples and there was plenty of room in the unit. We can’t wait until we can come back!

Extremely clean well kept accommodations. Nice location. Has a nice pool and pier as well as a nice common patio in the shade.. Central to the island. Convenient by scooter to Duvall Street, old town and Truman Annex. We definitely would come back.

Nice property for larger group.

I booked this for 3 nights with my wife, brother, sister and their spouses. Very nice. Easy to commute location and its own onsite parking which is a plus. Good size kitchen/dining room combo. Really the only negatives are a lack of closet space, meaning none, and the walls are pretty thin and/or not insulated because every night I could easily hear the snoring of the people in the room that was adjacent to the my bedroom wall(3rd bedroom with 2 single beds). All that said, I'd still considering it again if I had a similar sized group. Also be aware that the cable box in the 3rd bedroom was tucked behind the TV resulting in not being able to change channels. Often when the boxes are behind a TV there would typically be an infrared extender so the channel remote would work. Be aware of this if you can't change channels. The large living room TV you can see the small cable box dangling off to the side, somewhat unsightly but you can at least change the channel. Its a fairly upscale unit so its surprising there are no extenders to keep the esthetic nice....but again overall this was a nice place and I wouldn't rule out for another stay so it gets a thumbs up.

Great getaway!

Exactly as described and clean, clean, clean! We loved having this great place to come back to after a day at Duval Street or the beach to relaxing at the pool alongside the harbor. Really nice place!
