The Space:

The main‑level master suite features a king‑size bed and a private en‑suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional upstairs master suites offer king beds, private bathrooms, and spacious walk‑in closets, a private balcony, and endless panoramic ocean views. The fifth bedroom is equipped with bunkbeds, and a full bathroom right outside the door. conveniently located right off the kitchen.

With five full, high‑end designer bathrooms, every guest enjoys ultimate comfort and privacy. The open‑concept main living area includes a gourmet chef’s kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large island with seating, and everything needed to create unforgettable meals. Step outside to your freshwater private pool, framed by swaying coconut palms, setting the scene for pure relaxation and entertainment. Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire house, including the 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy amenities like the private pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen. The property features a private entrance and is located on the waterfront with stunning sea views. For your convenience, there's an elevator that accesses all levels; please ensure the exterior elevator doors are properly closed for safe operation. The property also includes a Smart Wi-Fi Deadbolt on the front door for easy access. During your stay, the property gates will remain open, and you will have access to the outdoor pool and garden or backyard.

The house is ideally situated at the entrance to the Florida Keys, in the Manatee Bay community at mile marker 113. This prime location offers easy access to both Miami and the Florida Keys. You're about a 45-minute drive from Miami International Airport, making arrival and departure a breeze. For dining and entertainment, head south: Gilbert’s Resort & Tiki Bar at MM 107 offers beachfront dining, while Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill at MM 103 provides cocktails and live music. Water sports enthusiasts can explore John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park at MM 102 for snorkeling and diving, or enjoy parasailing and sunset cruises with Caribbean Watersports. Other Things to Note:

Important Information: Parking is available for up to 6 cars in the driveway. Please note, while we offer boat dock space, vessels up to 60 feet can be accommodated by request. We can comfortably accommodate a vessel up to 60 feet for a fee of $2.50 per foot, per day. Guests must inform us beforehand if they plan to bringing a boat. Vessels may be parked at the designated dock space (marked in RED) at the guest's own risk, and trailers can be parked on the empty side of the dock lot.







Please avoid parking or driving on the grass. Water and shore power are available at an additional cost; guests must provide their own power supply cord. There is no launch ramp on the property; guests using trailers must use a nearby launch ramp (Caribbean Club is recommended, with a small fee). Age requirement: must be 25 or older to rent. No unauthorized events or parties are allowed.



Children under 12 y/o not permitted due to liability issues, any child 12 y/o or older, including visiting children, must be under continuous adult supervision due to the waterfront location and pool.



Smoking is not permitted inside, and pets are not allowed; however, guests with service animals are requested to notify us in advance.



Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.



- Report any damages or breakages before departure.

- Be respectful of neighbors when loading your car (no loud noise before 10 AM).

- Furniture - Please replace any moved furnishings to the original positions. (There may be a fee of up to $150 if housekeeping needs to moving any furnishings)

- Security camera details: Located on ground level, pointed to the road and the canal from property.
