AMAZING

This location is in close proximity to absolutely everything!! To make things even better, the boat docks are a great place to spend your evening fishing or watching other people fish!! The resort is delightfully lit up in the evening time!! The pool is very relaxing and inviting. The host is very attentive with any needs wants and does his absolute best to accommodate. We will definitely be back!!

The place was amazing! Location was close to everything. Beautiful and well maintained property with access to many extra amenities for any group of travelers! Spring Break to snorkel

Key Largo is a great location for snorkeling. The property was very clean and the manager was available for advice about the area. It’s very close to snorkeling locations. We would choose this place again.

Great Spot in Key Largo

We had a great week. The condo was updated and well appointed. Kent was very responsive. This is our 5th time to Moon Bay and we love it. We prefer condos to a resort or hotel and I liked that the items that were provided to get us started were together on the kitchen counter so we know what we had and what we didn’t. We will be back for sure!

Key Largo - Fun

The property was exactly as advertised. The place was very clean and the added extras (paddles, pickleball equipment, fishing poles, etc.) were a nice surprise. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a sunny vacation in a prime venue. Kent was a great Host and we used his recommendations for local restaurants and pubs.

There were pluses and minuses.

Pluses: Everything about the grounds were beautiful, especially the dining area. The grounds are the reason to stay at this property - absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed the kayaking and the paddles and life jackets our host provided. (The management at Moon Condominiums needs to remove the many broken boats.) Minuses: In the king bedroom, the pillows were disgusting. A very puffy sham pillow was placed in the regular sleeping pillowcase. I had to swap them because the sham pillows were too uncomfortable for my husband and myself to sleep on. The flatter pillows should be thrown away due to staining and stuffing coming out. Our host was prompt when we requested washcloths and additional hand towels for the two bathrooms and the kitchen (as there were only one hand towel per room and no useful washcloths. If you do laundry be sure to set the water to "warm." The coldwater selection cannot fill the washer for over an hour. Also, you'll need a pen to hold open the washer lid as that is broken too. The coffee mugs glaze heats up in the microwave so be careful. For a party of four there were not enough silver ware (3 knives) or glasses. I could add more but not needed - you get the drift. This condo is as described - enjoyed by their family during the summer and rented out otherwise. This property is missing the polish you would have expected for the considerable sum we paid for two weeks. A fancy countertop cannot compensate for the basics.

Wonderful Stay

This was our second time at Kent’s unit. We love the location of Moon Bay, the clubhouse, the waterfront area, and the sunsets! The unit has everything we needed, and Kent was welcoming and super responsive. Great all-around!

Another Great Stay at Moon Bay

We’ve stayed at Moon Bay fours or five times and it never disappoints. The location is wonderful and there’s never a lack of amenities at Moon Bay or a lack of things to do in the Keys. The sunsets are magnificent right from the dock at Moon Bay! People are super nice and the property manager was great. We’ve found a gem in Key Largo!

Many pluses and minuses for this property. However, overall it reminded me of Student housing: Rode hard and put away wet. On the plus: Great responses from the owner. Easy Check-in Great pool Nice kitchen appliances and upgrade The minus side: Towels found in the dryer (on the third day) Needs maintenance: paint, baseboards, shredded curtains, general overall clean-up One roll of toilet paper in one bathroom No paper towels Towels found in the dryer (on the third day). Bin of dirty laundry(?) left in the hallway. Full body weight is needed to close the sliding glass door.

Great Family Vacation Over Christmas Holiday!

Great place for our family vacation - myself, wife and two college age daughters. Our first time in Key Largo was awesome. We enjoyed the pool area, pickelball court, beach area and view at sunset. Thanks Kent for being a great host.

Phenomenal time

We spent a week at Kents place and it was a great time. Kent was a great host, answered all of our questions promptly and even had someone meet us at the dock of the property to help us park our boat and ensure we were able to do so without any problems. We will certainly be back.

Relaxing 3 weeks

The apartment felt like home! Everything that was needed was there. Host aimed to please. Pool area was relaxing and never too busy or noisy and usually very sunny. The area is within walking distance of food stores and restaurants if wanted. A couple of area beaches are really nice. Trip to Key West was pleasant. All in all a great vacation escape from NY. We love the area. Will be back!

Kent's condo at Moon Bay is comfortable clean and very well appointed. It was exactly what we thought we would get by looking at the pictures and reading the description. Kent was the most responsive host and very accommodating. We couldn't have had a nicer stay. Highly recommended.

Nice getaway in the keys.

Place is easy to access, 1.5 baths and the half bath helps a lot. The den with the futon can serve as an extra bed for someone. Would definitely stay again, a great place if you plan on exploring the Keys most of the time you’re here.

Peaceful getaway

Easy check-in process and the property is exactly how it was described and shown. Awesome place to relax at (especially for sunsets). Kent also provided easy instructions and some supplies for our stay, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.
