- SPACE : Our Two Bedroom Tower Unit is the largest single level condo in the Keys without exception - circa 1300 sq ft not < 950 sq ft ! Incredibly spacious and easy to move between the bedrooms and the common spaces.
- PRIVACY : En-Suite Bathrooms: Yes, both bathrooms are en-suite. Each bedroom acts as its own private suite with a dedicated bathroom attached directly to it. This offers fantastic privacy for mixed family groups
- FLOW: The unit has a beautiful, wide-open layout on the living side. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and main living area, which features a unique architectural angle leading out to the balcony.
- It’s a fantastic layout giving everyone plenty of shared space to hang out together, while ensuring the bedrooms remain completely private sanctuaries.

- ELEVATED VIEWS: We are on the 4th level of 5 – We have lovely palm top views to the ocean off our balcony. And fewer bugs as we aren’t at ground level.

- LOCATION: the Hexagonal Tower Building, Kawama Tower 406 (1530 Ocean Bay Drive) is adjacent the Oasis Pool and is ‘nearest to the Oceanfront facilities’, not hundreds of yards away like the Townhouses to the rear of Kawama Tower 406 when you want to explore in the Sun or move your gear around.
NATURE & PRIVACY NOTES 🌿
We have long mentioned Sargassum (Seaweed) and it's seasonal appearance : As a nature-first destination, the Keys occasionally experience seasonal seaweed. Our community team works diligently to keep the shores clear, but it is a natural part of our vibrant reef ecosystem.
AN IMPORTANT NOTE ON LOCAL NATURE CONDITIONS for SUMMER 2026: 🌿
Like much of South Florida and the Caribbean this season, the Florida Keys are experiencing a 'record-breaking influx of floating Sargassum seaweed'. When massive amounts of this macroalgae naturally accumulate nearshore, it can temporarily deplete water oxygen levels (deoxygenation), causing localized marine life disruptions and a distinct unpleasant odor (sulphides) as it decomposes. Because ocean currents and winds change daily, beach and water clarity can vary significantly from one afternoon to the next. Fortunately, our property features a fantastic oceanfront complex pool completely unaffected by the seaweed, offering a perfect, crystal-clear place to swim and relax regardless of what the tide brings in! There are also two other pools at our Community along with the Saltwater Lagoon away from the Ocean-shoreline accumulations for your enjoyment.
Privacy & Security: In accordance with VRBO/Expedia policies, please note: The Community Pools and public grounds feature safety cameras monitored by the Security Office. As owners, we have one (1) Ring camera located on the exterior of the property viewing the entrance for guest safety and check-in verification.
