We had an amazing stay the place is huge and the complex has everything you can want! Love love the pools! Only thing I would mention is the floors need a deep wash… walking around with bare feet our feet where very black after… The beds were comfy and the porch is very nice and patio too… Thank you.

The property was what we expected.. we did have a cockroach that was in the kitchen and went under the stove.. this is just FYI for the owner in case there are more.. we live in Fl so know that it happens..we didn’t get to use the beautiful pool as someone turned off the heat by mistake, both pools cold.. we took advantage of the hot tubs though. We left the condo as we were told, washed the towels and put dishes in dishwasher and ran it.

July 4th Fun

My family and I travel often. We are a large group of up to 9 people, including teenagers and twenty something’s. This property allowed us the ability to have our own spaces, yet have common areas for meals and hanging out.The resort is well located on the key. Many restaurants are within 5-10 minutes. There is a food truck within the property. The pools were very lively and the marina was active. I would return to this property — and highly recommend this for other groups

Family vacation

Great unit for our entire family of 9. Loved the unit and the 2 different pools. Area is very well maintained and secure. Super friendly area. Met your guy who I believe cleans and maintains the place and he was so fun to talk with. Will definetly book here again.

KL Fun

We visited with 9 adults and had a great week at the condo and pools. Having 2 stories worked out perfect for us. Our kids and their friends had a separate area to hang out. The place was clean and exactly as described, and the hosts provided clear instructions for arrival and departure. We had no issues all week and loved using the pools, hot tubs, exercise facility, and games room. Shopping was convenient, and we took a trip snorkeling as well. Everything you’d want was near-by.

Perfect for family gathering

Just a brief note to simply say this was a perfect house rental for us (8). The unit was clean and had all of the necessary stuff to allow us to settle in and not feel crowded. The extras were very nice..tennis racquets and balls.. courts nearby. The outside grill made for a good dinner. Everything we needed, was close by(pharmacy, 3 grocery stores and gas stations) The property staff were courteous, helpful and pleasant with navigating the resort. This was a great place for us. Centrally located and easy access to everything KL. Highly recommended

Long weekend

The whole experience was really great. The only complaint is how to get in to the property. If the guard is doing rounds you might have to wait up to 10 minutes just to get through the gate.

Safe easy to get around. Kids loved the game room. Would have loved more beach not realizing it really didn’t have. Lots of trash on shoreline in jetty area. House seemed very minimal… lacking cooking needs. Larger pots. Wire whisks. Mixer. (Hand would be fine). No area rugs to help with coziness comfort. Echo chamber without rugs. Appreciated all linens and soap and TP etc supplied. Upstairs bedroom toilet had trouble flushing. Think needs some repair. Shower door upstairs bathroom -rubber slide had fallen off. Needs repair or glass door could break. Things could just be a little more taken care of, spring fall detail cleaning could be implemented. Seems it was forgotten or not made important. Price of week was pretty substantial for the minimal feel it had. We all had a nice time though and loved the pickle ball and resort across the street for a sunset. ;)

Very comfortable for a big family

Our family had a great time at this property. We loved the pool, the fitness center, the dock, the location! I particularly liked the downstairs of the condo. It's almost like a studio apartment. Great place for teens to hang out, or perfect man cave! Fernando answered all my questions. A great host! Definitely recommend!

What a fun place to stay!

Our condo was great for our family of 9. Downstairs had a kitchenette, and upstairs has a full kitchen were we all gathered for meals. There is even a dinner bell, to call the downstairs family members. Everything was very clean, great couches, beds and pillows were so comfortable. The stay includes a game room, which we went to every day, and a wonderful, huge pool. The grounds are beautiful. The only thing I would mention that needs work, is the sliding glass doors to the patio outside. The doors would not close completely. Might just need some tweeking. All in all, we had a wonderful time!

Very nice accommodations for large group

The rental at mariners club was very good. The place fit 9 of us comfortably. It is almost as if there are two houses with separate living rooms and eating areas. We never felt crowded. It was clean and well kept. The location was safe with guarded entry. The photos for the property were exact and once we rented clear details were provided for rules and check in. Fernando was very responsive to questions I had.

Good property, space for family

Problems communicating with property Mgr to start but after security called him, responded right away. Property is dated but spacious. Good refrigerators, 1 good washer, 1 working dryer. Pools are beautiful. Grounds are well kept.

Amazing Location

We had a family wedding and this was a perfect place to stay. It was a great find. My only recommendation would be that the toilets need updating. Grounds were immaculate along with the pools and hot tubs. Highly recommend!!

Spring Break

The Villa was great. We had a total of 9 people (including 4 teenage girls) with us and the two common areas gave everyone plenty of room. Mariner's Club is a great property with the security, pickle-ball / tennis courts and multiple pools with great views. There was always something to do on property.
