For the price this place is great!! We stayed as a group of 14 in both houses. Houses were clean and appointed with all the necessities. Beautiful sunsets every night. Location is right next door to 2 restaurant/bars - convenient for a quick bite or a tropical cocktail and the bars close by 10 each night so no late night noise (although the inside the houses is quiet!!). Only recommendation is to add a heater to the pool - the water was chilly for our wimpy kids.

Family Vacation!

Perfect house, beautiful sunsets, boat dock was convenient (kid's loved fishing off the dock), great location - loved it! Wonderful homes for a family vacation! We'll never forget it!

Family Time

Every year our family comes here for a week to catch up and spend time together. The great thing about this place it is basically like having 4 separate houses all together. Each unit has it's own living room, dining, kitchen, and balcony. Some have 2 bedrooms, Some have 3 bedroomsSo when you have had enough family time and just need a break you have your own place go back to. It is located between 3 restaurants that you can walk to, 2 with entertainment. Plenty of things to do right here or close by. Perfect location for families

Key Largo in February 2025

Private beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets.The private pool was super clean surrounded by 3 restaurants. We had dinner at Snooks next door and was one of our best meals and enjoyed drinks at Bayside grill. We were greeted with fresh cut flowers in each unit. The two buildings provided 4 separate units each with own kitchen and laundry. This offered a lot of privacy yet still ample space with communal meals. This place is conveniently located 2 miles from Publix and across the street from CVS and 4 miles from Jon Pennekamp. Robert, owner, was very responsive to our needs. This is a great place to stay for a large group.

I Loved This Place!

Our family of 12 stayed and didn’t even use two of the bedrooms. All four condos were very clean and had very comfortable beds. Air conditioning worked great. Temperatures were in the high 70’s and some low 80’s during our stay. People only went in the pool a couple of times as the water was a little cool. The location was perfect as there is a restaurant on both sides with live music every night. We sat on the balconies overlooking the water while listening to the music and spotting dolphins and manatees. We also had paddle boards and kayaks delivered. They got a lot of use. The condos upstairs had three bedrooms and dishwashers. The condos below had two bedrooms and no dishwashers. That made choosing where to share our meals easy. Of course where the dishwashers are located. The ice makers worked best in the larger condos. The owner of the houses also owns the Baside Restaurant and Cafe Largo which are next door The busiest restaurant is on the other side called Snook’s Bayside. We ate at all three but thought the owner’s restaurants were much better. Hint hint to the owner (a gift certificate or coupon to his restaurants would be a nice touch) Through the hedge row there is a path to the Bayside’s downstairs bar which is right next to the water and has its own dock. That was very convenient. I could go on and on about all the things I liked but what you got for the money was really outstanding. I highly recommend this unique rental.

Excellent location in Key Largo

The location is ideal, on the water with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. The property is very well maintained and has many communal areas for family to gather. We loved it so much we made reservations for next year. Highly recommend!

Family getaway

A beautiful property with a gorgeous view of the sunset! This is a great place to stay for a large family group. You have your own pool between the houses and own dock! Close to John Pennekamp state park and tons of restaurants! The host was great and makes check in and out an easy process!

Nice place

We rented both houses for a family reunion with 20 adults; most staying the full week. Very pleased with the place and the service during the week. (From trash pickup to cleaning up the pool after a big storm). Highly recommend

My family group along with a family of close friends, we have going a summer vacation as a group (18 to 20) for somewhat over 10 years. This double home was great for our group with a swimming pool. For a large group, this home should be looked into. Terry

Perfect place for a large group

The house is the perfect gathering place for a large group; great location and accommodations. The overall property and houses are extremely spacious, maintained well, very clean with 4 total kitchens (one on each floor) and 8 bathrooms (2 on each floor). The balconies are also very spacious with stunning views. The sunset views are priceless and the sunrise views on the water are also spectacular. Having the paddleboard and kayaks on property was a great surprise which we used daily. We used the dock consistently whether for fishing, wildlife watching or simply ‘sitting on the dock of the bay wasting time’. One of the guests even caught a nurse shark on the end of the dock at night. It is all coral around and under the dock so there is always the possibility of seeing Sealife (crabs, starfish, sting rays, fish, etc.). The pool although not heated was plenty warm and the perfect temperature for swimming. There are enough chairs on the property, we used what we needed where we needed and just put everything back at the end of the week. There are 2 restaurants/bars on either side of the house, both are very expensive to eat at although provided great music from approx. 5-9:30pm. You could sit on the end of the dock or even just outside and hear both playing, it was lovely to have live music while on our own property. Very minor although plan if coordinating a large group meal, look at what exists first, need more glass serving/cookware and plastic cups/plates.

Family spring break

Great location and access to everything we wanted to do. Loved the sunsets and pool. Some items that are usually provided were nowhere to be found. We had to ask for garbage bags, dish towels, toilet paper and dishwasher pods. We bought laundry detergent and more toilet paper. Lots of space, appreciated the kayaks and bean bag toss.

Together with the whole family

Highly recommend this property. It was a 60th birthday celebration with 16 total people, ages 66 to 19 months. The four separate units worked perfectly for a multi-generational stay. We enjoyed having the restaurants/bars on both sides. We fished, swam, kayaked and paddle boarded, caught starfish,“hunted for lizards” and watched breathtaking sunsets every day/night from this property. There was a phenomenal playground nearby (behind Walgreens) Key Largo Community Park also with a reasonably priced Aquatic center next to it for pool exercise classes. Kayaks were provided, we had paddle boards delivered for the week by Aquaholics. We booked a fishing charter with the Underwater Cowboy. Highly recommend. Thank you to Robert for providing this property for a week of precious memories.

Key Largo Family Trip 23

We had a fabulous time! The accommodations were actually better than advertised. We had a 2 year old and a 16 year old any every age in between. There was something for everyone, the beach kept all of the kids endlessly occupied. The kayaks were such a great opportunity, someone was out everyday, usually twice a day. Great family getaway.

Sandy Feets is highly recommended!

Sandy Feet Estates was amazing! We had a large group with 12 people including adults and children. It was absolutely spectacular in so many ways! Manatee’s visited the dock several days that we were there and were a real treat to behold. It was a great vacation and we were definitely not ready for it to be over! Each home has two floors that are like individual apartments so it was great for each family. The sunsets are beautiful and the atmosphere is just so peaceful. The dock was great for the kids to fish off of and to go swimming and kayaking. The sunsets were picturesque! For future renters, there is a Walgreens and CVS across the street and you can just walk there for things you will need such as extra toilet paper, garbage bags, and laundry soap. There are plenty of dishes and utensils to be used as needed. The units were all very clean and spacious. There are so many restaurants in the area if you aren’t feeling up to cooking. I would highly recommend Sandy Feet Estates!
