Chris was extremely responsive and helpful for any questions or concerns we had. Checking in was easy. The lock to get in was a bit tricky at first, but once we got it, no more issues. The house was very clean and spacious. 2 of the bathrooms are a little tight, but not a problem. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve meals. The location is great; right by the lagoon, charcoal grill, large pavilion with many tables and chairs, and the larger of the two pools. We rented the golf cart, which was super convenient to take out to the jetty for sunrises, sunsets, and fishing. Off the jetty we saw a 4ft nurse shark, stingrays, a variety of fish, and a manatee! Would definitely stay here again!

This Place Is Perfect!!!

Everything you need and then some! What a Great Place! Highly recomend to anyone looking to be in the heart of Key Largo, with the seclusive vibe of the private grounds. Chris knows what he is doing with this property. We have been back several times and will be back in the future.

Completely satisfied

We had 3 adults and 3 children and the unit met all of our needs in terms of beds, bathrooms, and kitchen needs. We particularly appreciated that the A/C worked properly, as we have had some issues in the past with other rentals. The unit is well-located in Key Largo in a quiet area, yet short distances from Pennekamp State Park and restaurants. Communication with Chris was appreciated - there was an issue in the area on the day of check-In that required not using any water until repairs were done and Chris did a great job of keeping us informed (and it was fixed quickly and did not impact us). We found that the golf cart was not necessary. The lagoon and larger pool is right behind the unit. The kids were also enthralled the iguanas in the area. Only quibble - the swimming pool was as warm as any of us have ever been in. The lagoon was more fun and refreshing.

Fabulous place in Key Largo

We had a wonderful stay in Key Largo. The condo was just as pictured-updated, very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. It’s a quiet community and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend and also stay here again.

We've stayed in this unit several times and it never disappoints. Great location, well stocked and clean. Plenty of room for family and friends to gather. The grounds are great for walking, the poools are well maintained and the lagoon is a favortie for swimming and kayaking.

Key Largo family vacay

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay at this home in Key Largo. The home is beautifully renovated and sits within a very nice waterfront community. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the screened in porch with lots of wildlife sightings. The private beach was a great place to catch the sunrise or just relax. My only critique is that as a family, we do tend to cook quite a few of our meals while on vacation. If you plan to cook, just know that you will need to be prepared with basics like oil, butter, spices, condiments etc. However, I would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Awesome place to stay

My husband, son, and daughter & family stayed here 4 nights. The 8 of us all had a fabulous time. The condo is beautiful and the pools and grounds are wonderful. Well worth it.

Spotless and modern in a great location!

The condo is in a great location and is just as advertised! We were 110% happy with choosing this lovely place to stay in Key Largo. Christopher was very courteous and quick with responding to any questions we had. The condo was extremely clean and modern with everything we needed provided.
