For the win

Fantastic 3 level unit overlooking the lagoon with sceeened decks on upper two levels. Newly renovated white and spacious with showers on all levels so everyone had their space. Less than a minute walk to one of the pools. Perfect location for day trips to everything. 90 minutes to Key West. 90 minutes from the Miami airport.Golf cart allowed us to get out to the peninsula and watch the sunrises and sunsets.Many families around the other units and very calm and respectful vibes. Oh And the iguanas!!!

Beautiful place!

There is so much space in the unit. It overlooks the lagoon and you can sometimes see fish swimming by. It was convenient to have a golf cart. The place itself is quite lovely and very clean. It is a mile off of the main road so it is quiet. Great to have a washer and dryer to use as needed in the unit. There are 3 different balconies facing two different directions. I’d stay again if I ever return to Key Largo.

Great location

We had a great stay! The location was great with restaurants close by and the pool was a short 2 min walk from the back door. The golf cart was perfect to ride down to the Mariana and have a fire by the beach. We swam with dolphins at a local business that was a 1 min drive in the neighborhood and did snorkeling tour that was 5 miles away. Great trip!Would definitely go back. Only fyi is there are three flights of stairs to get to top floor in which two of the bedrooms are in. No issue unless you have a hip issue like the mother in law Thanks for the stay and we will be back

Great location in Key Largo

This is an open, bright and clean place centrally located in Key Largo. The multiple pools, playground, plus swimming in the lagoon were much appreciated. The condo was as described and well equipped, and overall property is kept in nice condition. Communication was excellent. Would stay here again.

This location was very new and updated compared to some of the others in the community. Great location, kids had a wonderful time. No complaints from our stay.

Perfectly relaxing

The condo was in a great location close to the pool, lagoon and ocean and easily accessible by golf cart. The home is newly renovated and has everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy your stay. Beds are super comfortable and the AC works great. Fast communication from management. Each floor has multiple balconies to take in the outdoors. You will not regret renting here!

Relaxing stay

We were 3 families that had a very relaxing stay at the Kawama house. Very safe gated community with private beach, pool, playground and own golf cart which made our trips to the beach and fire pits very convenient. Owner addressed a couple of small issue with cleanliness (unit not used for 2 months) and golf cart very quickly. Beds were comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything we needed, the enclosed balcony very cozy. Intend to go back.

wonderful stay

The lagoon was very fun, it had some of the biggest parrot fish I've ever seen. I wish someone would get rid of the iguanas though! They created a smell near the lagoon. Obviously not a problem with the rental itself, every thing was comfortable and convenient. The pool was very nice and a short walk from the unit. We also zipped around in the golf cart.

Great location and just what we needed.

Great townhouse community. Main floor provided plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Water pressure was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the golf cart... everyone has one for a reason. Clean, homey with plenty of parking. Will definitely come back when going to Key Largo.

Great place in the FL Keys!

We really enjoyed the property and surroundings. This was the perfect location to visit the upper Keys. The complex is safe, clean and inviting. We loved the accommodations and the saltwater lagoon was amazing! We would love to return. Thanks!

Nice Stay

Overall it was a nice stay in a good location. We liked the heated pool and taking walks around the lagoon. There are a lot of stairs in the condo but they did have baby gates installed which was nice! The beds were very comfortable but the sofa on the main floor was like sitting on a wooden frame with some fabric over it. It was well stocked with everything you would need.

Great Key Largo property

Overall, this property was well-appointed and enjoyable. The beds (except for the sofa-sleeper) were all so nice mattress-wise. The main detractors were the lack of instructions upon arriving. We had to communicate with the owners about where the kayak shed was, where the trash area was, etc. We normally get a sheet left for renters identifying various items of this purpose so that we don’t necessarily need to visit with the owners to figure these items out. We did ultimately really enjoy the property; it was just a bit annoying from the start.
