Perfect vacation stay

We had a wonderful stay at Sam's place! The apartment is huge, clean, and comes with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable vacation. The property is very well maintained, and everything felt thoughtfully taken care of. The location is excellent too—restaurants, bars, and a grocery store are all within walking distance. We absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you!

Perfect for my family

My husband, myself and our 15,13 & 6 year olds had a very good stay at this location. Room overlooked the pool and there was a nice view of the water. Breakfast in the balcony was so peaceful. We loved the pool, fishing, kayaking and seeing the manatees and sharks. Sam was the most responsive host I’ve encountered. I would love to come back.

Perfect Location

Sam is a friendly helpful host. He takes his job as host seriously. The condo has everything a condo should have and more. The extra large lanai, 1/2 bath and den are pieces I don't usually see in condos. The location is perfect for getting to John Pennekamp park, Miami, Everglades and Key West.

Enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Sam's condo. It is exactly as advertised. The kitchen is well equipped with quality dishware, pots and pans etc. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The view from the patio in spectacular. Sam is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Overall we were totally satisfied with our stay and won't hesitate to rent this condo again.

Great vacation spot!

Sam, the host, was amazing! Sent check in info and “rules” a week prior to our visit. Then called a few days in to be sure we didn’t need anything. Everything was easy to follow and exactly as it appears in pics. Well worth the trip. Would go back

Key Largo get away

This property is a wonderful place to relax and unwind.We enjoyed the great balcony every day and watched many beautiful sunsets after spending the afternoon in the pool.The pool is kept at a perfect temperature and the guests are very friendly. The grounds and buildings are all maintained and look great.Our host is a gem, very responsive and quick to resolve the small problem we had. The appliances are all quite new and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare an occasional dinner. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of storage space for your belongings. The living room has a comfy couch and the tv selection was good.Overall a great place to stay, we’ll be back next year.

Great stay in Key Largo

Place is exactly as advertised. Really nice 2 bedroom condo in a marina. Host checked in with me which was nice. Great community spaces bbq , pool all the perks. Great location to walk to the Caribbean club next store as well. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Rustic condo in Key Largo

We enjoyed the facilities of this well loved, rustic condo in Key Largo. Location has access north Key Largo locations such as the Caribbean club. Good pool, however tiny beach area due to The property is somewhat dated & we had issues with electrics on arrival which we were able to self solve.

Nice View: Over Pool

We felt safe in a gated community & didn’t have to worry about our car. The condo was clean for the most part. The king size bed was comfortable and the sectional was very cozy. We really liked the lanai/patio in the evenings with the ceiling fan. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. However, the utensils are very cheap & mismatched. Could use dish towels and dish cloths that are absorbent. Other towels are mismatched but worked ok. You'll definitely have to use the floor fan to drown out the noise from some of the residents. It was an expensive rental, and I felt like it could be updated. Overall, we liked it.

Keys Vacation

Exactly as advertised. Sam was great and checked in on us. Perfect location for all of our planned activities: snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins, turtle hospital, Everglades swamp boat ride and visiting Key West. We enjoyed the pool and evening swims. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay!

Moon Bay was the perfect location for us. We wanted to explore the Keys and Miami and this was the perfect location. It was quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable and the pool was great. Would stay here again. Definitly recommend!!

Moon Bay never disappoints

We had an awesome week of amazing weather in Key Largo and another great stay at Moon Bay! The unit was as describes and the kitchen was well-stocked. The view from the balcony is amazing. The sunsets are awesome from the Moon Bay pier. The pool is great and the kayak access is so fun! Dealing with Sam was easy and first class. He was so responsive to any question or need we had. We definitely recommend this place and would stay again in a second. Worst part is having to leave! Thanks for a great stay and a great host!

Simply.... aaaaaaah!

Our second time vacationing at this resort, first time in this unit. Roomy, comfy and clean is how we'd describe the condo. Our enjoyment included eating meals on the balcony overlooking the pool. We love to cook, so we very much appreciated the very well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely seek out this property for future trips.

Great Base!!

As advertised, a great spot from which to explore the Upper Keys as well as Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. The property was clean, fully functional, and stocked with basic necessities. Winn-Dixie close by for shopping. Kayaked and snorkeled at Pennekamp State Park, snorkeled Biscayne NP, airboat outside Everglades. Good local food readily available. The Moon Bay pool and beach were wonderful to relax in and on. Would have absolutely no qualms about returning to this spot. Great communication with Sam before and after the rental, but had no need of anything during our week there. He was great.

Peaceful , relaxing holiday .

We had a great holiday. Our condo was lovely. It was clean ,nicely decorated and had every thing we needed . Ate all our meals on our deck, sunshine , rain or wind . Had great shelter and great views . The whole gated community was very clean and well maintained . Had an elevator to our fourth floor condo and carts available to help haul luggage , groceries etc. We could fish off the dock , or join several fishing adventures that were close by. Our owner Sam was available for any questions and would have been available if there were any problems, but we had none . We would definitely stay at this Vrbo again.

Perfect Stay

We had a fantastic stay at Moon Bay. Sam was exceptional to deal with, extremely responsive and accommodating. I could not have asked for a better location for diving, and my husband enjoyed kayaking at the property. The grounds at Moon Bay are immaculate. The condo is exactly as advertised. We can't wait to return.
