Both showers only had WARM WATER,NOT HOT, Major disappointment! No Facial Tissue, cable TV goes out constantly, Netflix was ok. No cable tv in second bedroom,(not connected)Whirlpool Tub should have a safety grab bar. Overall, the worst VRBO STAY I HAVE HAD. Not worth the price!!

Nice home base

The apartment is the 2nd floor of a two story townhouse. It was clean and well provisioned, well stocked with kitchen essentials. We cooked in one night, but ate out the rest of our 7 day stay. Pools were great and location of the development is convenient to most things. It was crowded across the holiday weekend, but we had the run of the place on other days. Fitness center was always empty and so was the clubhouse pool. The oasis pool is the party center. The Barefeet beach towels were a NICE touch, we didn’t have to pack them. Also washer/dryer were large and in good shape. Only reason not 5 star worth was the check in process … had to pick and drop off a hard key, they don’t have keyless entry at this property.

Key Largo Gem

Nice condo with great location. The pool was the best feature of the property. Many amazing restaurants close by. Condo was very comfortable & clean. The crowd seemed like mostly retirees for the time that we had booked. Going to look for a long term rental in this location for next winter.

Great place in Key Largo

The townhouse is immaculate and has everything you need for a great stay! The best feature are the two large heated pools and hot tubs we enjoyed every day after returning from exploring the area.

Gorgeous rental, but a couple issues

This rental was beautiful. Recent upgrades in the bathroom and kitchen were great. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary tools. We also loved the large spaces and king beds in both rooms. The complex is also amazing as a whole. We would absolutely stay again. Jim and Kerri have done a wonderful job. However, upon closer inspection we felt the place needed a deep clean. One of us stopped one piece of glass and got cut on the foot. We also found a pill under a bed, thankfully our crawling little guys didn't find it. And finally, we felt that it was possible the air filter needed to be replaced. Out of the 6 of us, 5 came home with colds, or sinus infection. We weren't really able to enjoy our last day there because we all wound up sick. We hope the air filter can be replaced and the place is cleaned slightly better for future guests. Otherwise we had an amazing time the the rental was terrific.

GREAT stay!

Nothing but great things to say about this place and the management team. We had a few after hours issues (ie someone parked in our reserved boat slip in the marina, getting locked out… long story) and got a quick response from management. I’m already looking to see when there is availability again to rent. Definitely recommend.

Peaceful and relaxing

Spent 3 nights, condo was exactly as described in photos. Very clean and nicely equipped with everything we needed. Pool area was phenomenal and where we spent much of our time; would definitely stay here again.

We are just home from our trip and couldn’t have had a better experience! The condo was perfect - great size, beautifully appointed, comfortable, beach towels, and everything we needed. We were a family of four - parents and two teen boys. Boys shared a room and they loved the reclining chairs in the main room! The condo location to the Oasis pool was so close and an easy walk to the other pool, the marina, and the point! The Oasis pool was our favorite w/piped in steel drum music, plenty of lounge chairs, clean bathrooms, resident lizards, and the staff were all so very friendly. We brought pickle ball and rackets based on other reviews and that was fun too! It was so relaxing and all we needed. Thank you!!

Safe and sound

This is a gem in Key Largo! We enjoyed the location here as it let us explore the Keys and have a wonderful home base. The unit is larger than we thought and we appreciated the space. It was really well stocked for cooking and eating at home, the security was great, and it felt like a nice community. We will definitely consider this location again!

Great condo

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Our specific unit was clean and located very close to the oasis pool. The kitchen was stocked with lots of what you would need. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed playing cards on the screened in balcony at night. Our only real complaints were that the check-in process was strange since we had to drive way past the property to pick up the keys at an office and couldn’t just go right to the condo. The drop off was the same - we had to go back to the rental office (roughly 7 miles north) to return them. The property had tennis and pickle ball but there was no equipment for us to us. It would have been fun to use those since they are listed in the amenities, not sure how many people travel with that kind of equipment, There were also no pool towels; those would have been nice to have. It was pretty “bare bones” in terms of what is there for guests so plan on bringing your own games, cards, etc. The Mariners property is really pretty and the oasis pool is very peaceful. There is a clubhouse, we didn’t use it, but walked thru and it was also very nice. There isn’t really anywhere walkable to eat- the restaurants that are listed as being close are mostly in the middle of the northbound/southbound highway and I wouldn’t have crossed on foot! There was an accident on the highway nearby one night that caused the power in the entire association to go out for about 6 hours. We called the office and they were very pleasant and made sure the outage was reported properly since we didn’t know who to call!

Beautiful resort, Spacious Unit

We enjoyed our stay! The unit was spacious and comfortable. We used all the complex’s fun amenities like the tennis courts, pools, hot tub, gym, and game room. Parking was easy.
