Communication with host was great experience. Responded immediately and ck in process was great and easy. We were blown away by property. Had everything you needed. Location was so convenient for us as we rented a boat stone throw away from property. Docked boat at property was a huge plus. Beautiful views when we woke up everyday with manatees showing up at night and grazing on the sea grass right there. Pool and hot tub were perfect along with tiki Everything inside was just like home. Stayed in this area many times at different places but will definitely come back to this one.

The host was wonderful. Sliding glass door in the back was impossible to open. Master queen size bed not very comfortable. Guest room bed was great. Small place but very comfortable. All amenities were wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything just as advertised and pictured! We loved sitting on the dock watching the fish at night. Saw manatees during the day. Heated pool, hot tub and fire pit were the envy of nearby neighbors (renters)!

Outside view was wonderful. However the inside and pool area left a lot to be desired. Rooms were not clean and lots of warning signs.

Great location for boating and sightseeing. Right next to fuel dock and ramp and trailer storage(about a minute away and open 7-5 everyday)on the water... Key colony beach marina. Very short idle to open ocean and close to vaca cut(gulf access)Several cool restaurants very close by water. Great amenities! Pool, hot tub, ice machine, deep freezer, dock with fish cleaning tables, bicycles, paddleboards, kayaks, even stocked k cups and keurig! Owners very friendly responsive and understanding! Definitely staying again soon.

A slice of Heaven on Earth

Everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. Place was very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen supplied well with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. A/C was nice a cold. The outside was like a little slice of heaven for us. We couldn’t have been any more pleased with our choice.

Marathon Paradise

Communication with the owner was excellent, could not have asked for a better property manager. Amenities in the backyard and the pool area were super nice along with a great Tiki Bar. Amazing views of the sunrise over the bay from the dock were awesome in the morning while drinking coffee along with by sitting by the fireplace at night enjoying a night cap Overall we had great time and would have no hesitation on coming back!

Amazing home and location.

Was a great trip, the location of the home is amazing. Has a pool, hot tub, and is on the water. We rented a boat for a day, we were able to drive up to the house tie up to the dock and load and unload for our journey.

Beautiful oasis

We stayed for 5 nights and the place was cute. There was 6 of us so one couple had to stay on the pull out which wasn’t to comfortable but made do. We rented a pontoon and went fishing down near the 7 mile bridge. Caught some snapper and brought them back to the hose and cooed them up! They were delicious! Would definitely rent again. We did have neighbors the first night and the last night. Very friendly. The one thing I would suggest is putting a handle on the back sliding door as it was hard to open. Other then that beautiful place!

Intrusive owner

During our stay some of the amenities were not available due to construction (which was not disclosed to us before our stay). This was very disappointing. Several times during our stay, the owners came to the property unannounced. There was a construction crew working on the property during our stay which made it uncomfortable to use the outside amenities. They were smoking and sitting in the lounge chairs and blocked the driveway. When I contacted the owner and asked for a partial refund, she said she would look into it and never got back to us. When i contacted her again she made false accusations about the condition we left the property in, dismissed our concerns and said "I believe you had a good stay" As mentioned by other guests, the outside blender was moldy and gross. Overall, I was disappointed in the property and didappointed in the host's response or lack of response to our concerns.was a constructionwere

Anniversary get away

The communication with the owner was very good and responsive. Home was clean and very easy to get to. The back yard area was very nice the bar was nice and the pool looked very inviting. We did use the hot tub after 2 long days of walking around in key west.

beautiful and convenient to everything

I stay in the keys 2-3 times per year and this place was fantastic! Great location, and easy to get to. Beautiful back yard--much bigger than the pics give it credit for. Great communication with owner and so pleasant to work with. NO issues at all, everything included--even hair dryers in BOTH bathrooms! Cooked eggs and sausage outside on the black stone every morning, even has a fish cooler to keep you fresh catch! We will return for sure--highly recommend

Great Location and Outdoor Amenities

We had a great week stay. While the weather didn't cooperate for our boating plans we found that the outside space (pool, hot tub and tiki bar) provided the relaxation and entertainment we were looking for. The area was quiet and we were able to walk to several restaurants nearby. Divina was a great host and did an excellent job communicating with us before and during our stay. We will look into renting with Divina again in the future.

Intrusive Owners

Nice admitties/location, but lack of privacy and felt micro managed with all the "rules." Owners repeatedly came over as soon as we left & entered the home when we were not there (could smell the purfume/air freshener). There are too many chemicals in the hot tub. THROW THE MARGARITA MIXER AWAY, it has mold and stinks. Overall, we like this area but would not stay again for what we paid and the intrusive nature of the owners.

Little piece of Paradise

We loved everything about our stay. Perfect location, very quiet, lots of restaurants close by. The house was very clean, organized and offered everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool, hot tub, bar area and private fishing dock were very nice and well maintained. Also the commercial ice maker was a bonus! The owner provided excellent communication before and during our stay. There was a tropical storm while we were there and they checked on us to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
