Peace of Paradise doesn’t begin to explain…

This property is amazing! The view from the balcony is unobstructed to the ocean. The balcony has a wonderful breeze and is wonderful to sit and observe the people going by. I would have loved a table and chairs there to eat breakfast and lunch. However, the furniture on the balcony is very comfortable. A wonderful spot to read! The inside of the condo was very clean. We have been going to the Keys for two decades and I don’t think we have ever stayed at a place so well appointed. It has a “pay it forward” system on basic supplies. We loved that and left supplies for the next renter. The beds were very comfortable. The extra twin bed in the second bedroom was a great idea! The pool is absolutely wonderful! Perfect for floating and reading or chatting. It was also very clean. You get great sunshine most of the day. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the stay. We relaxed and enjoyed our time for the last week! Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Exceeded our expectations

The house is clean and comfortable and the location is amazing! The keys aren’t known for great beaches, but Inch Beach is a gem. Caribbean white sand! The entire community gathers every night at sunset at Sunset Park for songs. The pool always has some shade for those who want to keep out of the sun. Highly recommend

Amazing place

Such an amazing place. Location is top notch. Accommodations were great. Pool is definitely worth it. So easy to get around Key Colony Beach. Would definitely book again.

Key Colony Beach

We have vacationed this area several times, so when this property became available we knew it would be something special. Everything was top notch — location, house, pool, beach access. The facilities and amenities in the house itself were well cared for. We brought our electric bikes with us and had no problems securing them. The weather was great and we were able to enjoy the neighborhood. Great trip! Would stay here again.

Amazing place

Check in process was very easy. Great communication with owners they were responsive. The pool is relaxing. Sunset beach is a must see a few minute walk from the house. Food at key colony restaurant is good. House was very clean. Highly recommend. Will certainly stay again.

Keys Trip

Peace of Paradise was lovely. The view is gorgeous. The pool was awesome and convenient. Key Colony is a great place to stay in the Keys. Everything was perfect!

Relaxed and Refreshed

Peace of Paradise is exactly as advertised. The ocean view from the balcony, private beach access, heated private pool, and every amenity inside the property were great. The community is quiet, walk-able, and safe. Sunset Park is so close, you feel guilty for not attending sunsets. The owners provide ample information ahead and in the physical binder on the coffee table. As an organized person, I appreciated the labels. Marathon offers a lot of activities and is close to Islamorada (fishing trip) and Key West (tourist day). We had a great time and have already recommended the property to some of our friends. Thank you!

Perfect Relaxing Vacation

Peace of Paradise was exactly what I needed for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Key Colony Beach is a lovely, friendly and quite community. A refreshing change from touristy beach towns. Having the option of going to the private beach or hanging around the heated pool is great. We ended up doing both almost every day we were there. Inch beach is small in size but perfect. We enjoyed it alone most days. My husband referred to it as our own "Corona Commercial". There are 3 restaurants in easy walking distance. All were good. I also cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen and on the gas grill. This home is even better in person! I have already recommended it a friend and hope to stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Really lovely property in a great location!

The photos don't do this home justice. It is lovely and really homely, in a fab neighbourhood. Extremely comfortable sofas and beds, and a great selection of china and plastic crockery etc. The only thing I couldn't find was a broom for sweeping the floors (but I perhaps just didn’t find it as they literally had EVERYTHING else you could possibly need. Downstairs the kids were extremely happy to find a room with pool toys, noodles etc. The pool was by far their favourite part of their stay at KCB! At one point the pool heating stopped working and the water got very chilly, but less than 24 hours after emailing Katie she'd got a pool guy to come and get it up and running. Very good communication throughout! We wandered down to Sunset Park a few times to watch the sun go down and sing along to 'Island of Marathon' (you'll see). Also enjoyed the beautiful Inch Beach over the road. Would definitely stay again :)

Outstanding.

The property was perfectly located in a quiet area opposite the beach access. The owners have gone above and beyond to provide everything to enjoy your stay. Beach towels and chairs, inflatable toys for the pool, beach umbrellas. Literally everything you need. There’s loads of local restaurants and activities to do, all within 5 mins drive, some within walking distance. Perfect!!!!!

We had a wonderful time at this Key Colony Beach house. We arrived, and everything in the house was exceptionally clean, and spacious. Large kitchen with lots of extra supplies for cooking. Wonderful front deck with comfy chairs. We sat on all the time and looked at the awesome view of the water and Inch Beach. The pool was large, and a wonderful bonus. When we were not out exploring the kids lived in the pool. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Terrific Property at Key Colony Beach!

This is one awesome property! We really enjoyed the beautiful pool, views of the ocean, and the cleanliness and spaciousness of the property! The location was terrific; just across the street from Inch Beach and a very short walk to Sunset Park. Our only suggestion would be to have an outside dining table/chairs and a full-sized ironing board. A++++ property!

Perfect location and home to do nothing.

A true vacation. We did nothing for a week. Rest and relaxation. The home had everything we needed. We stayed in mostly. I enjoyed the balcony, while my spouse enjoyed the pool & beach. Groceries stores and restaurants nearby. Communication with property manager and owner was quick. All questions were answered promptly. KCB is a lovely community off the beaten path from the tourists. Would like to come here again and again.

Beautiful home in lovely area!

A perfect base for a relaxing getaway to the Keys. Our family stayed for a week and found the beach, pool and surrounding area just perfect. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful Home in Key Colony Beach

We had a wonderful time at Peace of Paradise in Key Colony Beach. We loved the quaintness and quietness of KCB, and the convenience of it being centrally located between Islamorada and Key West. What a beautiful area. We will be back to Peace of Paradise!

Better Than Expected

First impression... Wow! I've rated the accuracy of the listing as a five, but in reality the photos do not do justice to this property. When you enter the house you realize that the photos you saw online look like the property you are standing in but everything is much larger and roomier than the photos make it appear which is a very nice surprise! This house was super comfortable and we enjoyed every aspect of it from the decor throughout to the prime location and the private pool. We will absolutely try to book this property for our future visits. We were aware of Key Colony Beach already but if you have never stayed there, you owe it to yourself to do so. It is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Perhaps the only thing we were missing was something we knew in advance and that is that this property does not have direct canal access. This would have been a bonus if we could have fished the canal direct from the property. But honestly there is nothing to complain about here... the owners clearly take pride in their Peace of Paradise and it shows. This was a top notch rental!

Excellent

This was a great experience for our family and first time at Key Colony Beach. The location and proximity to Inch Beach and Sunset Park was great. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including beach chairs and sand toys. Our Allegiant flights were mysteriously cancelled and we were required to drive 14 hours to visit, so it was great to have such a welcoming and restful place to stay. Thanks!
