- Right on the canal, this half-duplex is perfect for your Florida vacation. With its own private dock and access to the Cabana Club, this home is perfect for water lovers! Key Colony Beach's small size puts you within walking distance of much of what the city has to offer. Plus, since you're right on the canal, you'll be able to enjoy your own slice of paradise right in the backyard. The neutral-colored living room boasts a cable-equipped TV, WiFi, and access to the deck, which offers great views of the canal. With plenty of natural lighting and comfortable seating, this space will make you feel right at home. The simple but convenient kitchen offers plenty enough space in which to prepare a delicious meal for the entire family. A large kitchen island provides seating for everyone so that you can enjoy the culinary fruits of your labor while the dishwasher handles the clean-up.

This home does not allow trailer parking on site. The owner has a boat that is kept on the property, which takes up the one allowable trailer on each lot in Key Colony Beach. Guests may park boat trailers on the lot provided by the City of Key Colony Beach for a weekly fee.

Great place
Great place to stay at. Comfortable beds Andres clean and cozy environment. The fact that it’s dog friendly is awesome. It’s right on the dock so you can park your boat. Will stay here again!

We spent a wonderful time there , with our boat dock was easy to go out to the beach or to fish the only concern was the master mattress other than that was a perfect vacation.

Get time.
This beautiful home was perfect. It looks just like the pictures, clean and comfy. We enjoyed the area and the friendly people. The near by restaurants were good. We would do it all again!

Great rental with walking distance to beach and pool/hot tub
We had a wonderful vacation, and the home we rented was perfect for that peaceful beach feel. There was even a blender so I could make smoothies after my morning run!

Perfect home on the water
We had a perfect vacation at this home. So clean inside and out, neighbors were lovely and even cooked us a home cooked meal one night (complete with Key Lime Pie!). Key Colony beach community was cute, welcoming and had every amenity we could ever need. Come stay here ASAP, sit on the back porch and forget your problems!

That View 😍
A cute and cozy Key Colony Beach getaway! A spacious & updated kitchen, two huge bedrooms with two full bathrooms, blocks away from a beautiful beach, friendly, safe & walkable neighborhood and our favorite part was the deck and view outside! Sunshine & palm trees for morning coffee and afternoon happy hour! This home/neighborhood is a hidden gem in the Florida Keys! We’d definitely stay again!

Home away from home
Loved this home! It has everything you need so don’t pack too much! The kitchen was fully stocked of dishes, cookware and appliances! Very nice to be able to use the pool at the cabana club coming off a long day on the boat. Would definitely recommend staying here! Loved the location and Key Colony is very nice community.

Great vacation : definitely recommend
Would love to rent again. Place was super clean, had a nice kitchen, close to beach, pool, restaurants and was in a safe neighborhood right on the canal. Only issue we encountered was getting the code for Inch beach. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back another time.

Great fishing trip!
Was perfect for the fishing trip we planned. Also really enjoyed the passes for Inch Beach and Cabana beach club. Saw a bunch of manatees, jelly fish and even caught a few fish off the dock but mostly enjoyed the spot to dock the 24 foot fishing boat we rented from Captain Pip’s. Super comfortable bed in the master bedroom and great assortment of pans, knives and other cookware we used when cooking our fresh catch. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable condo
Key Colony Beachis a very cute community. Condo was very clean and comfy for the 4 of us. Nice restaurant in the neighborhood. Sunset park is a must. Cabana club was very nice. We did a lot of local activities (fishing, jet ski tour, Sea Turtle Hospital). Great week of weather!!

Everything promised and more
Location perfect for boater. How great to walk out door to your boat. Fishing, snorkeling and just cruising all so easy. Home beautifully equipped with all you could need. Restaurants numerous and nearby. Sparky's and Key Colony Inn both special in own way. Friendly neighbors and Key Colony community made this feel like home.
