If you are looking for a house by the canal, you have just found it, and there is no point in searching any further. The house is very modern, tastefully furnished, and has absolutely everything you might need. This is a great opportunity, because most rental houses or apartments are cheaply furnished and show clear signs of wear and tear. Here, it is completely different — this is an excellent opportunity, and the only thing you may regret is not booking it in time.

Loved the house and all the amenities. Only suggestion is if you launch the kayaks and paddle boards, do so from a beach, not in the canal. If you fall in the canal, the ladder is too short to get out.

We traveled to this accommodation for the second time in 5 years and, like the first time, everything was in perfect condition and without any problems. The owner attaches great importance to the fact that nothing is missing in this accommodation and everything is in the best condition.

So relaxing!

Casa Nautica is bright, cheery, clean and has all the extras. The central location makes it a short drive to anywhere you want to go in the Keys as well as being close all Marathon has to offer. Key Colony is a great community and having access to the Cabana Club’s beach, pool, food and bar is a great perk included with the rental! Annie is an excellent host! We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful property. Everything was well cared for, updated, and comfortable. Wonderful outdoor area on the canal. We had great luck fishing right off the dock. Also enjoyed riding the bikes around town. Evenings outside under the cabana were lovely. And the screened in dining area was great for meals. If we came back to the Keys, I’d stay at this property again for sure.

Best overall ever

One week in paradise for our family of four. Two parents, two young adult kids. Just enough space for us. Enough space for probably a larger family of younger kids with trundle beds and couches. Would want to watch them by the canal and have good control over them or life jackets on them. We didn’t have that concern, so perfect. Wonder kitchen for cooking and bbq was great. Sunsets were beautiful beach bicycles were perfect for riding around the area and going to the cabana club. Kayaking not easy there but is possible if strong adults able. There is a city park nearby Oceanside park which has kayaking launches which are wonderful. You will have to haul so if flying in, rent an SUV. Well worth it. It’s your vacation, so just relax and go with flow. Communication with the host was the best I’ve ever had.

We have stayed in Key Colony Beach for the last three years and this is by far the most beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed unit we have stayed in. We loved all the extras that were available to use, kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles and fishing rods that actually worked! The beach club is an added bonus that is always a lot of fun. I loved all the beautiful outdoor spaces from a tropical island feel tiki hut to a refreshing lanai room for breakfast and dinner! Overall a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back.

Casa Nautica

We had a wonderful week at Casa Nautica. The unit was clean, decorated nicely and most of all was well appointed. There were 4 bikes, two paddleboards and two kayaks, all perfect for a week in Key Colony Beach. There were also Cabana Club passes for those who wanted to be by the pool and relax. We will definitely look to come back next year! Thanks so much!

Great home in a nice area!

Stayed here with my husband and kids (17 & 23) for 8 nights and highly recommend Casa Nautica. This home is VERY clean and there are so many thoughtful touches that made our stay so enjoyable. Annie is a wonderful communicator and a great host. The photos do not do the home justice! We enjoyed sitting on the dock and using the paddle boards. The neighbourhood is quiet and great for biking and walking. Key Colony Beach is close to lots of restaurants and is the perfect location for exploring the lower and upper keys as it is right in the middle. If you are searching for a place to stay in the keys do not hesitate to book Casa Nautica!!

Better than the pictures

My husband and I certainly enjoyed our stay in this well done vacation rental. It was even nicer than the pictures in the listing. Host has anticipated every vacationer’s need - easy to find, easy entry, easy to follow instructions to use everything. Lots of outdoor toys. Highly recommended!

Perfect Choice

Beautiful clean place in key colony beach!

We loved Casa Nautica! Key colony beach is a great spot to stay in the keys. Walking distance to sunset beach, kayaks and bikes for use and a great location with great outdoor areas. Highly recommended!

Beyond 5 STAR in every way !!! Best VRBO we have ever stayed at !!

Beyond our expectations in every way. We have stayed at dozens of VRBO's over the years and this was our favorite! Everything you could ever need, was supplied and the kitchen had everything you needed. The decor and staging was exactly as shown in the pictures. There were so many little touches that made the home special. Halfway through our stay we booked again for next year! We did not want to miss out on another stay at this home !!!

Great location, great lodging

Everything had been thought of. Check-in was effortless. Communication from Annie was great. Cleanliness was superb, no bugs were ever seen. Kitchen was great with nice quality pans and utensils. Beds were comfortable. The back porch area under the gazebo is a prime place to sit and spend lazy hours relaxing. Key Colony Beach is a great location, central to all the Keys have to offer.

Nice Place

Property is a duplex located on a canal in Marathon, FL. The other half of the duplex is uninhabited which makes this a very peaceful place to stay. You have everything you need , a full kitchen, dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer. There is plenty of outside furniture too if you want to just sit and watch the fish swim by in the canal. There is even and underwater light you can turn on at night. You can also use the swim club which is nearby and has a very large pool and private beach. A nice place to vacation.

Casa Nautica: A Great Family Getaway!

We had a wonderful week long stay at Casa Nautica! We are a family of five, two adults, & 3 teens and have stayed in Key Colony 7 times before this visit. Casa Nautica was by far our favorite rental. Annie made the check in process seamless and answered our two minor questions almost instantly. We loved how cozy the house was and we felt very comfortable and at home. We used the bikes every day and loved having access to the pool club. A kayak was provided but with all our fishing and day trip to Key West, we didn't have time to use it. We cooked at home and had everything we could possibly need. We loved dining in the lanai and enjoying coffee under the tiki. We rented a boat and the fish cleaning station and bait freezer were an added bonus! We've never seen any home provide fishing poles and supplies. Annie even said we could use the leftover in the bait freezer which we willingly did! Overall, Casa Nautica has everything a family needs to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay.
