I have a SOLID reputation on VRBO.That's a fact I'm not some complainer I have pix and emails to back this review so good luck property manager trying to refute. Upon arrival at around Midnight on our first day we do the usual walk thru got delayed from weather, but we always walk thru. The first thing I see is the giant hole in the patio slide-out screen. You could have a Pizza delivered through it. I stopped, took a picture, and opened my email and sent it to Jessica the rental agent of record IMMEDIATELY. After midnight local time on what is now Sunday the 14th. I now have a digital paper trail started which will later be one of those deals where they go "golly, I never got the message". I got pictures. We went to bed and my Wife got up to get the coffee pot going. can't find a way to download the pictures here but I sent them right away to Jessica. The mold in the coffee filter with the old coffee would scare you or maybe kill you. This was maybe 8 hours after I contacted Jessica via email on the screen. Jessica got back to me on the screen but radio silence on the coffee maker. I got pictures on the filter if anyone wants those. The place is very nice by the way, they just have MASSIVE issues involving cleaning and property management. I also have a picture of the giant disgusting hunk of hair my wife dug out of the clogged main shower drain. Jessica finally called me on my 6th day there because of the fridge problem have more to add but vrbo only allows 1500 letters.
