"Myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed staying here, we found the location absolutely amazing. The townhouse itself was beautiful, the stairs are bit scary for young children although nothing we can’t manage for a nice little getaway. The beds were comfortable, the large washing machine was insanely helpful! Thank you for having us, hope to return soon. :)"

"The view from the large patio is amazing. We loved the open plan living area and kitchen. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were adequate and functional. The beds were all comfortable. The spa was a bonus. There was also a new bbq. "

"We had an amazimg time at Lake Cathie. House is in a perfect location. 7 minute walk to the beautiful beach and 7 minute walk to woolies, cafe and a hidden gem, Andys chinese and fish chip shop! Everyone is so friendly, which just makes your stay all that more special.Tracy's communication was amazing. Let us bring all our fur babies as well. Also allowed us a kate check out. "We had a wonderful stay at Simon’s house in Port Macquarie. The house was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. The beds were extremely comfortable. Too many places skimp on quality beds and the difference is noticeable. Simon had some great tips for the area. We loved our beach walks, visits to Frankies cafe and the bread and doughnuts from Barcino bakery. We’d can’t wait to return. "

"Spent a 3 night weekend here catching up with old friends. The property is really spacious and well appointed. Huge open living area, balcony and kitchen where we spent most of the time. Really nice bed linens and towels. Very comfortable stay for 5 middle aged adults. We each had our own bedroom and with 4 bathrooms it was luxury. Very close to local supermarket and an easy walk. Simon, the host was very communicative, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend and I would stay again."

"Beautiful little spot just a 100m walk away from the beach! Was perfect for our stay there, did have provide your own linens however that was fine. However there was minimal cleaning products including spray and wipes fyi. Pool was fantastic and we spent lots of time on the back deck. Will be back soon! "

"From the moment we walked through the front door, this property was perfect! Beautifully presented, large living spaces & well appointed bedrooms, the house was exactly as described.
