Great location. The house size and spaces were adequately described in the write up. The property was tired, especially the furniture and the cabinets. The biggest complaint we had was in customer service. We had a problem with hot tub sanitation, and they told us they would be by to correct it for three days and never did. We ask for a partial refund, but have not heard from them.

Warm Springs Ski House

Great property. Well outfitted and extremely comfortable. One minute drive to Warm Springs lifts and parking. Stove and oven were good. Some minor additions might be a few non stick pans, but otherwise the kitchen was well appointed and knives were reasonably sharp. All the bedrooms and beds were comfortable. Would rent there again.

Really great to be so close to the mountain, the dining chairs need a little work, the organization of things could use some work - overall a little face lift but generally a wonderful place to stay.

We really enjoyed this Sun Valley home

We really enjoyed the size and location of this Sun Valley home. The multiple bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms made it easy for a multi family stay. The house is older, but certainly functional.

Clean, but...

Location was good and it was clean, but it could use a major renovation. It is very early 70s late 80s. Very squeaky floors. But, the hot tub was a very nice touch.

Not like Pictures

This property was a disappointment. The pictures were far different from what iIt actually looked like. It is very worn out and dirty. There were mouse droppings in the master bedroom. The heating and cooling was inconsistent where the house was extremely hot or ice cold. None of the walks had been shoveled and were iced over. There was clutter all over the place. The garage was filthy to the point where we couldn’t even put our car in it. Keep looking if you want something that is updated, clean, and maintained.

Not spectacular

The pictures didn't accurately depict the age and lack of upkeep of the property. The furniture was old and a bit dirty in the living room, various items were not maintained or functional (pull-out couch, dish washer). Outside space was not maintained, including the hot tub which smelled. Loved Ketchum (3rd time visiting) but unlikely to recommend staying at this home to others.

Skiing vacation in Sun Valley

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. It got off to a rocky start when the house was not clean upon arrival, but after that it was a great experience. The home was wonderful with lots of puzzles and games to enjoy. The jacuzzi was wonderful at the end of the day. The location was excellent and close to Warm Springs ski lift. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the bus stop and made for an excellent trip overall. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the gentlemen who cleared the snow from the driveway and walkway. All in all, it was an incredible experience. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Needs a little attention

Spacious house is located in a great location that has easy access to the free bus shuttle. We enjoyed the hot tub at night when the temperature outside cooled down. Unfortunately there were a few issues that needed addressing with management when we arrived such as 1. We could not access the bbq on deck from dining room slider due to the broken and in pieces shutters. 2. An adjustable mirror in bathroom was shattered with jagged pieces still exposed. 3. Bathtub had not been cleaned from prior renters. #1 and #2 were taken care of by management that evening. #3 we cleaned ourselves!! The house is in need of a deep cleaning (carpet, comforters, furniture, and pad/mattress in loft). For the price we paid for 3 nights it was a little discouraging.

Enjoyed our stay

The property was as described and very comfortable for our family. We had 4 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the proximity to hiking and downtown. The included bikes were very nice and we took advantage of them. The full kitchen worked out well since we did a lot of cooking. I'd come back again.

This is a fantastic home with easy access and great amenities. Our family had an awesome time and would definitely stay here again. Just be careful of the sloped driveway. It can be quite treacherous in the winter.

Great Ski Get Away

This home was perfect for our group of 6 skiing Sun Valley. A very short drive into town and to the mountain. And the home is great! Beautiful kitchen and living space, and great bedrooms. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Sun Valley!

Cozy and clean home, great for larger groups

Great location, large rooms and clean home provided the perfect space for our family and friends to play games after a ski day and cook dinners at home. The furniture was a bit worn and the beds were small queens and pretty uncomfortable, but overall a great place to stay.
