    Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom cottage in Keswick, nestled in the heart of the stunning Lake District. This spacious retreat is perfect for families, offering a cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a delightful garden to relax in. Enjoy serene walks by the lakes, adventurous hikes, and breathtaking mountain views just minutes away. With local shops, cafes, and attractions nearby, our cottage is your ideal home away from home. Experience the tranquility and beauty of Keswick with us!

    The Space:
    The ground floor boasts a cosy lounge featuring a large bay window that bathes the room in natural light. Sink into plush seating and enjoy the warmth of the mounted electric fire whilst you watch your favourite movie or TV shows on the Smart TV. Also on the ground floor is a modern kitchen/diner, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and ample space for dining. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer to indulge in local delicacies, this space caters to your needs. Also on this level are two tastefully decorated double bedrooms. One of them offers stunning views over the surrounding fells through its large bay window. The second double bedroom offers you full flexibility, as this can be configured as a twin upon request. The ground floor is also home to a family bathroom with a separate bath and shower. Unwind in a relaxing bath or freshen up in the spacious shower, this room ensures everyone's needs are met. Venture upstairs to discover a twin bedroom, providing a peaceful and private haven. Additionally, there's a second lounge/kids’ room, equipped with a Smart TV and seating and a table to enjoy some of the board games on offer.

    Outside is the enclosed garden, a private oasis surrounded by nature. Enjoy the fresh air on the patio area furnished with comfortable seating, perfect for al fresco dining or simply basking in the tranquillity. The lawned area adds a touch of greenery, creating a serene backdrop for your stay.

    3 bedrooms – 1 Double & 1 Kingsize (which can be made up as a twin on request) and 1 twin.

Lovely stay

Great location for exploring the lake District. Very spacious, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend.

Great property with plenty of room for the 6 of us (4 Adults and 2 kids) plus a dog. Good access to A66 and Keswick either by car or foot. Lovely sitting room views of Latrigg. Spacious garden, bathroom and well appointed kitchen. Infact the only negative thing we had to say was the towels are too small. For the men it wasn't an issue for the ladies trying to decide which B they wanted to cover up was highly entertaining for the respective spouse to watch but in the end the only thing that would have improved the property would be proper bath sheets. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to explore and enjoy the beautiful Lake District.
